Pros:

Super nice how close to the beach this place is. Room was large, comfortable, & clean, and I liked how there were chairs to put things on, as well as a mini fridge. The host was super friendly and helpful. There's not many restaurant options within a short walking distance, but we rented a scooter here so it was no problem.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, all well kept. Excellent location very close to the beach with lots of restaurants. Very comfortable beds.

Except for the hot water issue, all else was excellent!
Pros:

Location was perfect. A 5 minute walk away from a beautiful clean beach. Hotel was super clean and well maintained. Value for money

Cons:

Had to shower with cold water, because they forgot to switch on the hot water for us. Owner who checked us in, is a very kind and friendly person, who arrived too late to switch it on. He does not live at the hotel. They should have ensured it at check-n time.
