Breakfast was excellent, large variety of everything you could possibly want. Lunch at the pool bar was exceptional, staff worked so hard and all table service. It was the same menu everyday day but with so much choice it didn’t matter.
Not really a problem and didn’t effect our stay but there wasn’t much storage in the room.

Really nice breakfast, beautiful common areas and pool, wonderful staff. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay at Hotel Barcelo: wonderful help from all the staff inclusing Pia, Raquel and their colleagues.
The beach nearby the hotel is not a great one but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Also, can be difficult to park in high season I imagine, but we were lucky.

Struttura vecchia, camere umide con odore di muffa all’interno. Reception piccola e poco accogliente.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and fresh products. The beds very comfy and the shower very good too. Front desk service 24h so no problem at all for late arrivals.
The payment process had a little hiccup, when our card didn’t go through this made it look like our stay was cancelled. The confusion was cleared up in the end.

The parking could be better. Maybe more activities could be organised by the hotel.

No me gustó mucho el area de la piscina, está en medio de los edificios y hace mucho calor. No me gustó la cantidad de luz que entra en la habitación y te despierta en cuanto sale el sol. No me gustó la habitación que se supone se veia el mar, pero estaba en el primer piso y el mar de veia si te esforzabas. No me gustó que no ponian toalla para los pies en el baño a pesar de reclamarla. La zona donde está el hotel es demasiado tranquila, no hay nada abierto pasado las 23h
El servicio de comidas muy rico todo, el personal muy amable. La piscina agradable y la habitación cómoda y limpia.
El personal de recepción dejó mucho que desear, falta capacitación, tuve inconvenientes con el proceso de pago, de facturación y pérdida de objeto en custodia, tuve que intentar iniciar el proceso de Reclamcion al hotel y a la dirección general de consumo para que se pongan a resolver los problemas. Hay minibar en la habitación pero no enfría. Aunque tienen actividades de animación algunos días, son en horarios del servicio de comidas, después de las 22hr no hay nada para hacer. Es una zona apartada. El hotel tiene los ascensores lejos, está lleno de escaleras y rampas.
