A great location and hotel to unwind and recharge the batteries.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, always cheerful and providing excellent service. Special mention to Lucas, Juan Carlos (aka Tom Cruise for his fabulous cocktails) and Joanna (I think). A very relaxing location.

Heerlijk compleet hotel, heeft wel wat aandacht nodig technische installaties
Pros:

De locatie, einde van de weg, naast een prachtig natuurgebied, strand en snorkelplek, is fantastisch.
Het hotel heeft alles wat je wild, mooi zwembad, goed eten en fijne service.

Cons:

Parkeren is op een grof terrein. Helaas de eerste nacht niet geslapen door stank van vuil schoonmaakwater.
The jacuzzi needs renovation as well as the refrigerator, and the elevators, the jacuzzi didn’t fill up at all and the fridge doesn’t cool properly.

Wunderschöne Ort direkt am Stand
Pros:

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück war großartig – viel Auswahl und jeden Tag frische Früchte, einfach hervorragend. Auch das Abendessen war reichlich und lecker, wenn auch mit etwas mehr Abwechslung noch besser. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal am Pool – alle waren außerordentlich bemüht und immer darum bedacht, dass es einem gut geht. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, ich komme gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel was wir sicher wieder buchen u. empfehlen werden
Pros:

Lage top , Frühstück top , Zimmerausstattung auch gut. Schön das jeder Balkon eine Dusche oder einen Whirlpool. Uns haben auch die 2 Ebenen gefallen.

Cons:

Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte ich nur. Mehr Haken damit man auch mal ZBsp. den Bademantel oder Kleid aufhängen kann —>> mussten ihn immer am Schrank außen hängen.

Ruheoase im Norden von Ibiza, als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Hotel nur von Straße von kleiner Bucht getrennt.
Hervorragendes Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet. Großzügige Zimmer mit einer Art Dachterrasse.
Wanderungen entlang der Küste können direkt vom Hotel aus begonnen werden.

Cons:

Dusche ohne Fenster, muffiger Geruch aus dem Ablauf.

Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer komfortabel. Allerdings merkte man die letzten Tage vor der Schließung: Es gab ein Theater mit den Badetüchern, morgendliches Geklapper beim Aufräumen der Liegepritschen. Wir haben wirklich nicht erwartet, dass das Frühstück am letzten Tag so hochstehend war. Barcelo ist eine Klasse für sich.

Pros:

Me hicieron un upgrade y late checkout free, el personal super amable y atento.

Cons:

Fui en temporada baja, por lo que los establecimientos fuera del hotel para hacer deportes con los botes no estaban disponibles, debimos de validar antes de viajar a Ibiza.

Perfect location
Pros:

Location, staff, food, cleanliness

Cons:

During our two week stay one of the hotel maintenance staff was constantly power washing carpets as the hotel was due to close for the season the next week. It was impossible to have a quiet relaxing time by the excellent pools with the incessant drone of the motor. Why it couldn’t have been done the next week when closed is beyond me. It really spoilt our holiday.

Fijne kamer met heerlijk groot bed en lekker douche
Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker

Cons:

Mijn moeder is al wat ouder en de wandeling naar de restaurants aan het strand is wel wat zwaar

Some good points, some not so good
Pros:

Lovely staff
Very clean
Lovely pool and area
Superb breakfasts

Cons:

Not keen on that end of Portinatx……by muddy car park and opposite concrete building
Sea view room wasn’t really a sea view room …… had to go to far end of balcony to see the sea…….manager addressed this problem very professionally when I reported I wasn’t happy, however.
