Dangerous and irresponsible hotel and management, avoid at all costs

Cons:

We were trapped inside the room in the middle of the night for ober an hour, due to a malfunctioning door. Even the night guard, which had to come from our of town, could not open the door with the master keys. We had to escape via the balcony, making a very unsafe jump from the balcony to a nearby fire-escape, which was not commected or in any way an intended safety route. While staff was guenuinly helpful, with special shout out to the night guard that risked his own safety in collecting our items from the room via this route, hotel mamagement has refused to offer any form of comoensation for this obvious lack of care, and the endangerment of their guests. Small personal items that were left in the room, have never been returned to us. Staff in the night, around 5am, at that point, did offer us an alternative room where we got a brief moment of sleeo in heavy sewage smells. The whole thing was an aweful experience, that could have been forgiven if the hotel had tsken responsibiluty, reimbursed us for the night and madr sure our items were returned. They have done none of this and have in fact actively defied responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

Goede stevige matras en lekkere regendouche. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Locatie bij uitgaansgelegenheid met veel lawaai zonder oordoppen. Geen lampje boven de wastafel voor opmaken. Wc bril zat los.Tv was ontregeld en deed het niet. Hygiëne van de kamer liet te wensen over. Vlekken op muur die weg te poetsen waren. Blijvende (?) vlekken in vloerbedekking.kamer en trap.

الغرف غير نظيفة وبقع الاوساخ منتشرة في كل ارجاء الغرفة واصوات الشارع والناس اللي بالشارع يدخل الى الغرفة وكانهم يجلسون مع اي ليس هناك عزل صوت
