Toilet Bowl a but weird in position.

There is leaking in the shower faucet and I need to wait for couple of minute (5-10 mins) until the water became hot. The air cond was noisy - it’s time for a reparation I suppose. My room had a connecting door to the other room and it was not great as it is not soundproof. I found bed bugs twice during my stay. Lastly, I dont understand why they place the toilet facing the door while they have spacious bathroom area
