conforto bem estar na estrutura

O atendimento da Recepção Péssimo, desde a entrada a no outro dia ao relatar horário de fechamento, Muito mal educada a moça que nos atendeu, com isso sinto mas não iremos utilizar o Hotel como estadia na região, a estrutura é boa, mas não temos porque recebermos gratuitamente ignorância de terceiros.

Quarto de péssima qualidade, falta de higiene com as roupas de cama, cheiro de mofo o qual adoeci pois tenho alergia a mofo, pedi para trocar de quarto no segundo dia foi feito a troca, porém já havia me adoecido.
