Good location, ok value for money, limited facilities, improve customer experience.
Pros:

Very good location and small property (boutique concept). The restaurant staff was both very gentle and cooperative they went out of their way to serve us breakfast earlier.

Cons:

The check in/management on site was barely present. Internet was down during our stay w/out predictability. Very limited toiletries. Poor electrical design of bathroom (no outlets), old fashioned hair dryer,

Καλό ξενοδοχείο αλλά κρύο για τον χειμώνα

Η τοποθεσία , άνετο και όμορφο δωμάτιο , ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και ασφαλές περιβάλλον

Cons:

Ιανουάριος μήνας, είχε πολύ κρύο …. ο κλιματισμός ήταν χαλασμένος και υπήρχε ένα πολύ πολύ μικρό αερόθερμο για να ζεστάνει όλο το χώρο 🥴…..πράγμα δύσκολο. Γενικά όλο το ξενοδοχείο ήταν κρύο εκτός από το restaurant.

Generally positive experience but could have been much better if the wellness center facilities were operating properly.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Good food, although there was limited choice for breakfast

Cons:

Limited car park. Limited options for breakfast (it was included in the price of the room). For the 3 day stay we had the same 2 options every morning. The wellness centre is too small (luckily there weren’t many visitors at the time , otherwise it would not be possible to accommodate everyone). On the first day we arrived the jacuzzi wasn’t working, they fixed it next day but water was not hot enough. The steam bath was also not hot enough.

Far Below Expectations
Cons:

Our stay at Park Hotel Sandanski was unfortunately disappointing.

Breakfast: The breakfast options were extremely limited. Each morning we could only choose between an omelette or boiled eggs, served with just a few slices of tomato and cucumber. It felt more like a hospital meal than a hotel breakfast.

Spa: The spa area was freezing cold and not relaxing at all. We were really looking forward to this part of the stay, so it was quite a letdown.

Staff: The staff did not seem interested in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The overall attitude felt indifferent and unprofessional.

Cleanliness: Our room was not cleaned even once during the entire stay. The beds were not made, the sheets and towels were never changed, and the carpet was visibly dirty.

Overall: For this price, you can easily find hotels in Sandanski that offer much better service, comfort, and hospitality. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
