Great economic hotel with free breakfast
Pros:

I like this place, it reminded me of the roadside motels in the United States.

The rooms are simple, in accordance with the price, but the staff does their best to give a good experience.

Check-in was easy, you can can pay with cash or creditcard when you leave. Check-out is late, 13:00 p.m. Awesome if you like to sleep.

The bed is comfortable and warm. There is an A/C on hot days. My room had a small desk with chair and also a fridge. Super.
The bathroom is a bit small but clean and functional. It has an electrical shower. You can finetune the water temperature by adjusting the knob above or increase or decrease the amount of water. Soaps and towels are provided. Cleaning service is available upon request and in the morning.

Breakfast is ok. There are a lot of options, among 2 warm (eggs and seperate sausages). Bread, toaster, cheeses, fruit, coffee etc. Breakfast is until 9 a.m. and Sunday until 10 a.m.
I used the restaurant once for a pizza, it was ok, not the greatest I have had.

Wifi was stable in my room (number 4), a little slower in the further parts of the building.
Parking is free up front.
There is a grocery store nearby, not open on sunday or in the middle of the day.

Cute cats on the property now and then and some hummingbirds by the flowers. I was here for a week to photograph birds and animals in the area. It's a great economic option for this purpuse. I recommend the chaco region, I even saw armadillos, rheas, tamandua and many many birds.

If you want more luxury, there are nearby hotels but the price is higher, obviously. I was in one before but the difference is minimal.

Cons:

For travellers, a coin laundrymachine would be great. They have a laudry service but to my taste it is really expensive.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t really clean (all the corners and the bathroom were dusty and with a lot of hairs from previous guests). Otherwise I would have given full stars!

Overall, it was an excellent experience. People are friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast is good but same menu everyday. Location is excellent with almost all the facilities and its a central location in Chaco Paraguay. For bird watchers, this is an ideal base location.

Cons:

Dust pollution due to unpaved road around the urban area.

Good location by the main street, clean, air-coned rooms with a fridge, good breakfast (coffee machine), bike rental, EXTREMLY helpful and friendly staff, the owner Sr Orlando always willing to help as well. Thank You all for a pleasant stay!
