Delightful night in a Castle
Pros:

The grounds were full of lovely flowers and the walking paths were much enjoyed. It's cool to stay in a castle and the included spa and breakfast were awesome. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It would be nice to have adults only spa time. Getting a code to the parking gate ahead would be more convenient.

Подушки большие не удобные, а маленькие слишком малы. Нет средних. На второй день на завтраке небыло творога.

Pros:

We travelled here mostly because of the Wonderland park, which was colourful and nice, but the spa and the room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was good, and the dinner was honestly one of the tastiest meals we have had in the last few years.

• Palju rohelust ja hästi hooldatud park.
• Ümbrus on üldiselt rahulik ning sobib jalutamiseks.
• Loss ise jätab esmapilgul väga meeldiva mulje.

Cons:

Saabusime hotelli kell 14.20. Vastuvõtus öeldi üsna kategooriliselt, et sisse registreerimine algab alles kell 15.00.

Tulime tagasi umbes kümme minutit enne kolme ning nägime järjekorda, mis ulatus peaaegu õue. Kõige huvitavam oli see, et töötajad lihtsalt jagasid eelnevalt ette valmistatud toavõtmeid. Tekib küsimus – miks ei oleks saanud seda protsessi alustada veidi varem, et vältida nii pikka järjekorda?

Esimene tuba osutus oodatust umbes kaks korda väiksemaks ning aknad avanesid otse laste mänguväljaku ja atraktsioonide poole. Müra oli väga tugev.

Pidime uuesti vastuvõttu minema ja tuba vahetama.

Teenindaja suhtus sellesse silmnähtava vastumeelsusega ning suhtles ainult eesti ja inglise keeles, kuigi üle poole järjekorras olnud külalistest rääkis vene keelt.

Saime uue toa numbri, kuid tuppa jõudes selgus, et võtmekaart ei tööta. Vastuvõtus olid unustatud uued kaardid anda ning meile jäid vana toa võtmed.

Pidime juba kolmandat korda vastuvõttu tagasi minema.

Toas oli veel mitmeid puudusi.

Dušš on väga ebamugava lahendusega – vesi pritsib üle kogu vannitoa, sest puudub korralik klaassein või vahesein.

Umbes kell kaks öösel lülitati välja keskventilatsioon. Tõenäoliselt energia kokkuhoiu eesmärgil, kuid suveajal ei ole see külaliste jaoks meeldiv.

Kardinad ei kata tervet akent – üks osa puudus täielikult. Valgete ööde ajal tähendab see, et tuba muutub väga varakult täiesti valgeks.

Padjad olid väga suured ja kõvad. Selle tulemusena ei saanud ma peaaegu üldse magada ning olin üleval kuni kella viieni hommikul.

Restoran jättis samuti soovida.

Hinnad on väga kõrged, kuid teenindus ei vasta sellele tasemele.

Õhtul puudus restoranis igasugune atmosfäär – muusikat ei mänginud, valitses poolpime õhkkond. Mõistan, et lossil on oma stiil, kuid hubasust jäi puudu.

Lisaks toimus kõrval pulmapidu. Müra oli väga tugev ning tundus, et keegi ei püüdnud teiste hotellikülaliste rahu kuidagi arvestada.

Personal sissesõitmisel on mingi lasteaed,kes ei oska normaalselt küsimustele vastata. Klient ei pruugi kõiki peensusi teada....Restoranis ka teenindus jätab soovida. Riistasi ei panda palja laua peale, broneeritud laud ka peab olema valmis enne kliendi tulekut. Restoranis kardinad on plekke täis. Hind ja kvaliteet peavad mingil määral ka kattuma.
