BIG SCAM

Cons:

I could not find the place as per the address they put on the booking.com.

When I tried to call the number provided, it is not Indonesia number but philipines mobile number. It is a scam. REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM BOOKING.COM

I also demanded for a full reimbursement of the payment

Pros:

It's very unfortunate that Booking.com let this property exist! I turned up to an empty hotel with my 4 year old son. Any attempt to call the property or even RedDoorz themselves with zero resolution!!!! The worst experience ever!!!! I had to book another hotel. I do have all it's recorded on the video, empty hotel etc. witness as my taxi driver. 

I would appreciate if you refunded me in full, since this property refuses to take any accountability.
