Die Suite ist veraltet eingerichtet. Es war zudem nicht sehr sauber. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass lange niemand in diesem Zimmer gewohnt hat.

Just Great views, but very poor experience
Pros:

The view is stunning. Entire Tegernsee was visible from the balcony of the room. The room was big enough and well made.

Cons:

The kettle in the room was smelling of coffee. No matter how many times we boiled the water and threw it the coffee smell didn’t leave the kettle. Neither my kid nor us could drink hot water the entire time we stayed there while having dry cough the entire night.
Why couldn’t we get the kettle changed, the hotel’s reception isn’t functional from 6 pm to 8 am. This is really poor management. There was no number whom to call when we require any support.
The WiFi didn’t work at all the entire time we were there. The breakfast was non-existent. There was no buffet maybe due to very few guests which was fine however the service was poor. They had kept one cup of yogurt for 2 adults, the muesli was provided with no bowl. When asked for a bowl and milk, the milk was put in the bowl instead of being served separately. Additionally only one bowl was provided when we were 2 adults. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even bothered to ask again. Overall for the cost paid for the room, it was a poor experience. Won’t be visiting it again.
