Спокойствие, почивка, релакс.
Pros:

Местоположението е много добро. Тихо и спокойно. Точно каквото търсихме. Лично аз можех с часове да стоя на терасата и да се наслаждавам на спокойствието и хубавата гледка.

Cons:

По принцип нямам никакви оплаквания. Само една малка забележка : моля ви , не слагайте хавлиени кърпи с дупки. Не че е кой знае какво, но не прави добро впечатление. Иначе хигиената е безупречна.

The staff was very polite and interested in how our stay was going. The SPA was nice and some of the food was very good. The room was spacious.

Cons:

Just when we entered the bathroom, we noticed one of the towels had a big stain, which we don’t expect from a 5-star hotel (it was right after changed by the staff after we called reception). Also the TV in the room was restricted to only be able to watch TV channels, although it was a smart TV, we couldn’t watch for example youtube. One of the saunas wasn’t working and judging by the comments it is not a one-day thing. Some of the food was very cold and dry - very large quantity of food but the quality is mediocre. Overall value for money - definitely not worth it, there are other hotels in Velingrad for less money and better experience.

За първи път посещаваме хотела. Всичко беше на топ ниво-чистота, обслужване, големи о чисто стаи, СПА, всичко. А храната в ресторанта беше превъзходна. Нямам никакви забележки. Със сигурност ще го посетим отново

Чистота, вкусна храна, топли и чисти басейни, голяма сауна, просторни и добре обзаведени стаи, оборудвани с всичко необходимо! Смея да твърдя, че това е единствения до сега хотел, който сме посещавали със семейството ми, който прави толкова много комплименти на гостите си, което е показва отношение съм тях! Направиха празника ни чудесен ! Благодарим Ви ! Препоръчвам !

Супер място за релакс
Pros:

Прекарахме няколко прекрасни дни в хотела и останахме изключително доволни! Хотелът е модерен, чист и много добре поддържан. Стаята беше просторна, комфортна и с всичко необходимо.
Най-големият плюс определено е СПА зоната – минералните басейни (вътрешни и външни), джакузито и сауните са страхотни. Истински релакс! Храната в ресторанта също ни впечатли – разнообразна, вкусна и с качествени продукти.
Персоналът беше внимателен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Усеща се, че държат на гостите си.
Определено ще се върнем отново и горещо препоръчваме на всички, които търсят качествена СПА почивка във Велинград!
