This is the best hotel experience. Everything was perfect- the staff was so nice and friendly, the room, the food was delicious, the spa center is sooo nice, the family and pet friendly atmosphere. My favorite hotel so far.

Закуската и вечерята са много богати и разнообразни. Стаята бе с добра големина и оборудвана с всичко необходимо. В банята има достатъчен брой закачалки и място за разполагане на вещи. Душ кабината е голяма и удобна. Има тераси, които са достатъчно широки и уединени.
В стаята ни очакваше приятна изненада - подаръци за добре дошли.
Персоналът на хотела е дружелюбен и отзивчив.
Спа центърът е голям и удобен. Има достатъчно шезлонги за настаняване. Басейните са с добра температура на водата.

A wellness and relaxation heaven 2 hours from Sofia.
Pros:

We got an upgrade from double room to studio and it was amazing! The Spa facilities were all operational and very clean.

We had to park on the public road.

Много усмихнат и любезен персонал. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Всички помещения в хотела бяха чисти и много добре поддържани. Въпреки, че имаше много гости в хотела, всичко беше много добре организирано. Водата в басейните беше приятно топла, имаше шезлонги за всички посетители. Спа зоната е много хубава.

Cons:

Захабена и зле изчистена баня. Забравен багаж от предните посетители. Счупена сушилка за дрехи, неизчистен балкон. Малък и зле поддържан детски кът, недопустимо е да има счупени съоръжения.

Very nice spa and food experience.
Pros:

Great facilities, saunas, pools, great conditions and quality! The food was amazing, plenty of healthy options, protein, veggies and fruit! Reception staff, Kids playground, housekeeping - welcoming and kind, so professional!

Cons:

Some staff members were missing a smile 😀
There could be some plastic bags in the room for damp clothes, considering it is a spa hotel and the swimsuits are wet.

Отлично преживяване. Бих отишла отново със семейството си.
Pros:

SPA центърът е отличен, удобен, с много услуги. Масажистът беше младо момче, но изключително подготвено, прецизно в работата си, възпитано поведение. Отлично.
