Pros:

Предоставените удобства и предлаганата закуска са задоволители. Като цяло служителите в хотела бяха любези и отзивчиви с няколко малки изключения.
Специални благодарности на масажистките от спа центъра Ани и Еми, които освен добри професионалисти са и приятни събеседници, с които времето минава нусетно!
Заради комбинацията от минералната вода с нейното въздействие върху болежките ми и направените масажи, се върнах подновена и освежена.

Cons:

За съжаление в предпосления ден престоят ми беше развален от група роми - бременна майка с 4 деца и мъж.
Видях ги че обикалят около външия басейн и побързах да отида в спа центъра. Качвайки се в асансора щях да повърна от смрадта на мръсно, потно и некъпано, която бях оставили след себе си.
Предположих, че ще останат на вън, но за съжаление няколко миути след моето влизане в спа центъра се засилиха към джакузито. Първо децата се цопнаха с дрехите, а после и майката. През цялото време крещяха силно и неубоздано.
След случката повече в джакузито не съм влизала.
Не мога да толерирам нито липсата на елементарно възпитание, нито липсата на елементарна хигиена.
Ако се допуска подобно поведение, дори и да ми се иска пак да отида, не вярвам, че ще мога да се насиля.
Особено след като разбрах от други гости на хотела, които потвърдиха, че през уикенда се случват подобни посещения.
Много жалко.

Dobry hotel z dużymi pokojami i możliwością skorzystania ze spa.
Pros:

Duży przestronny pokój, możliwość korzystania ze strefy spa w cenie ( baseny mineralne, strefa relaksu, sauna, siłownia).

Cons:

Łazienka wymagałaby odświeżenia.

Attributed stars are above the real stars. Typical "Balkantourist" - should be cheaper.
Pros:

Room - clean and quiet. Mineral water. Good outdoor and indoor pools. Good lunch menu at the restaurant. Good cleaning service overall.

Cons:

SPA - crowded and not entirely clean because of some guests. Had to wait at lobby bar for staff to come and make me a coffee. Overpriced room and overpriced drinks and food at the restaurant. They don't offer the local mineral water for drinking - but another type from a completely different region. The SPA treatments were not superior. It seems the hotel is short-staffed.

Има нужда от подобрения в базата на хотела.

Добра локация.

Cons:

Стаята има нужда от доста подобрения, хладилника, матраците и възглаввиците не отговарят на четири звезди. Качеството на телевизията е доста ниско. Липсват контакти до леглото. Не се обръща внимание на почистването на терасата, имаше доста паяжини, също така и на терасата в ресторанта.

Имах опасения, които, за щастие, не се оправдаха
Pros:

Закуската беше разнообразна, с добро качество и достатъчно количество. Хигиената на басейна и в спа центъра беше на високо рамнище. Хотелът е близа до парка и извора Клептуза, както и до теснолинейката. На фона на цялото селище мога да определя нивото на хотела като по-високо.

Cons:

Хората от персонала са много любезни, поддръжката е на ниво, но градът, като цяло, е по-скоро в края на миналия век, атколкото в третото десетилетие на настоящия.
