The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note, the property reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 24 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
The property also reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least CAD $200.00 per room as deposit for incidentals.
Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel.
Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay Children 16 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 3 children).
A maximum of 3 adults allowed in one room with two beds. The 3rd adult charge will be $30.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.
There are no cots or rollaways in the hotel.
Reservation cancellation is required by noon, 24 hours prior to the main arrival date. The hotel will charge one-night room and tax for late cancelations and the remainder of the reservation will be released.
Upon check-in an official government issued photo identification and credit card are required.

Lovely hotel with stunning views from the balcony. Staff all very helpful & friendly.
Room was opposite the lift so was noisy at times & road works outside were quite loud in the morning.
Excellent location, parking available for a reasonable rate. The staff were courteous and friendly. Pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, that gave us a corner room with a view!

The front desk lady named Yvonne, went above and beyond for us. As this if the first time we took our 16month old on a trial vacation. So we were pretty stressed.
We checked in and went into our room to discover it was 2 queen's bed. My husband called the front desk and asked to switch to a king size bedroom, but they were all booked. So it was hard for us to figure out how to sleep with our 16month old. Yvonne called us back within 5 mins and said she moved things around and was able to give us a king size room. She worked her magic. Best customer experience I have ever had. And I worked in customer service for 18 years. We are already planning our next trip end of April because of how awesome Yvonne was!
Spacious and clean quiet room, centralized location with many shops and restaurants nearby, view was nice facing skyscrapers and fresh-clean towel and beddings. Storeroom for luggage storage was provided which highly appreciated.
Very limited and insufficient quantity of beverage and toiletries supplies. Wish there were a shower cap, laundry bag and slippers provided as floor got cold at night. Also, there is no good TV channels and kids got bored in the room. The microwave located at the dim passageway where guests are moving in and out of the elevators. Would be better if it was placed next to cafe counter and water dispenser.

Blue Horizon has an amazing view and centrally located for most of the attraction areas in downtown. The staff were friendly and it was worth the value.
Awesome experience and the room was perfect. It was my wife’s birthday and they treated her spectacularly. Great location to Coal Harbour and shopping.
Excellent room. Spacious, quiet, good light and views. Comfortable beds; Refrigerator, Keurig coffee, work counter, table & chairs for eating / working; Spacious shower and bathroom; Well equipped spacious gym with elliptical, treadmills, excercise bike, dumbells, mats & stretching gear; Convenient parking at reasonable rate. Better value than similarly equipped hotels in Vancouver.
