The property also reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least CAD $200.00 per room as deposit for incidentals.

A maximum of 3 adults allowed in one room with two beds. The 3rd adult charge will be $30.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.
There are no cots or rollaways in the hotel.
Reservation cancellation is required by noon, 24 hours prior to the main arrival date. The hotel will charge one-night room and tax for late cancelations and the remainder of the reservation will be released.
Upon check-in an official government issued photo identification and credit card are required.

We booked rooms up high with a view. We sat on the balcony and had a glass of wine. Enjoyed it.
I've stayed at The Blu Horizon about 5-6 times over 30 years (every time I visit from Seattle), and it's always wonderful.
The hotel was more expensive than anticipated on this trip, but once we arrived we realized it was because of the Bruno Mars concerts, so to be expected.
Great location. Spacious room. Right in the heart of Downtown. Great restaurants near by close to major attractions.
Nothing really except they couldn't extend us for another night!

Excellent location, fantastic bed, nice rooms. Cleaning services were great. Breakfast restaurant is superb.
Receptionists are cold and disinterested. This is a fairly major hotel in downtown Vancouver. Weary travellers would like a warm welcome. Don’t expect one at Blue Horizon. Service is fairly sterile and robotic. This is not the case for the breakfast spot, where the staff do have that trademark Canadian loveliness and serve excellent food.
The view from my room on the 29th floor was amazing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and metro/bus stations.

I really liked the location, very central, and we loved the room, beds were comfortable. we tried the breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and it was good.
I wish the pillows were memory foam, and breakfast or parking was included in the price, but I guess for the location you can't get both. other than that we really enjoyed the stay.
Sehr gut! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir waren dort nun das zweite Mal. Frühstücken kann man an dem benachbarten Restaurant.
