Important information:

Please note that we accept dogs only. An extra charge of CAD 25 for one dog or CAD 50 for two dogs per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. Pets must never be left unattended while at the Hotel.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

When making a reservation for more than one room, please ensure that each room is booked under the correct guest name who will be occupying the room.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note, the property reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 24 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

The property also reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least CAD $200.00 per room as deposit for incidentals.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel.

Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay Children 16 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 3 children).

A maximum of 3 adults allowed in one room with two beds. The 3rd adult charge will be $30.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

There are no cots or rollaways in the hotel.

Reservation cancellation is required by noon, 24 hours prior to the main arrival date. The hotel will charge one-night room and tax for late cancelations and the remainder of the reservation will be released.

Upon check-in an official government issued photo identification and credit card are required.

All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Die Lage war genial. Sauber und ordentlich. Guter Kaffee auf den Zimmern. Aber ansonsten für den Preis nicht außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Das Gym hatte eine sehr rudimentäre Ausstattung. Schwimmbad und Sauna etwas lieblos.

What we expected and it suited our needs perfectly.

Mostly the location. You don't stay here for the view but having said that it's not too bad from the balcony.

Nice hotel and located on a good shopping area of Robson.
Pros:

The location on Robson street was great! The I had a nice suite with a pull out couch, king bed and patio that overlooked the financial district and mountains. It was a nice room but the price was so steep due to fifa in town (it's crazy how much the hotel inflates their rooms to make extra cash). The hotel was still a good stay and walking distance to transit.

They have 24/7 check in but I arrived at 1:30 am (delayed flights) and you had to call the staff number - it took a few tries to get a staff member on the phone to let them know I wanted to check in but I felt safe in the parking garage.

Clean friendly and central.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. Hotel was modern and clean. Reasonable walking distance to Stadiums and Science World areas. Easy walking to to shopping.

Cons:

Cost. Included parking and/or breakfast vouchers would be nice to offset.

Beautiful Hotel- well worth the price
Pros:

The Blue Horizon was beautiful and in a great location for walking. Every room is a corner room with a balcony! The restaurant was good for brunch.

Cons:

It seems new or newly renovated. Very comfortable beds and we had a big sitting area.
