Important information:

Please note that we accept dogs only. An extra charge of CAD 25 for one dog or CAD 50 for two dogs per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. Pets must never be left unattended while at the Hotel.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

When making a reservation for more than one room, please ensure that each room is booked under the correct guest name who will be occupying the room.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note, the property reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 24 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

The property also reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least CAD $200.00 per room as deposit for incidentals.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel.

Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay Children 16 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 3 children).

A maximum of 3 adults allowed in one room with two beds. The 3rd adult charge will be $30.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

There are no cots or rollaways in the hotel.

Reservation cancellation is required by noon, 24 hours prior to the main arrival date. The hotel will charge one-night room and tax for late cancelations and the remainder of the reservation will be released.

Upon check-in an official government issued photo identification and credit card are required.

All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Our luggage was able to be stored prior and leaving , this was very helpful

Great location when visiting Vancouver. Easy to get to main attractions.
Pros:

Friendly staff on reception. Large spacious rooms. Great views from our room on the 30th floor. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking at the hotel.

Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
Pros:

The location was excellent and on HOHO route. The room was spacious and well furnished and very comfortable beds. Bathroom large and double the usual supply of towels. Reception staff all so helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

Would have liked having a bar and evening meal service but know there are many cafes and restaurants/bars close by.

Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Shops und Restaurant. Es bietet zudem einen sehr günstigen Parkplatz an. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und ich hatte einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline und das Meer.

Cons:

Leider bietet das Restaurant kein eigentliches Frühstück an, sondern man kann einige wenige Sachen aus einer Karte bestellen.

Great spot
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, close to good food and transit stops. On the edge of downtown so not as crazy busy or loud as other hotels. Would book again.
