The property also reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least CAD $200.00 per room as deposit for incidentals.

Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay Children 16 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 3 children).
A maximum of 3 adults allowed in one room with two beds. The 3rd adult charge will be $30.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.
There are no cots or rollaways in the hotel.
Reservation cancellation is required by noon, 24 hours prior to the main arrival date. The hotel will charge one-night room and tax for late cancelations and the remainder of the reservation will be released.
Upon check-in an official government issued photo identification and credit card are required.

The room was big and spacious. It was clean. Good location. Had a pool which was a nice bonus.
Dated decor. We were charged extra without prior knowledge, despite booking well in advance at a set rate, because there was an event in Vancouver. It was added at the end. Coffee in the room was so bitter and not enough milk/sugar for more than 1 cup. Also had been told the courtesy bus for one of the sites would pick up out the front, confirmed even after checking twice with front desk that morning, but it never came there.
Location and staff were great
The air conditioning turned off in the night. I think this was because there wasn’t enough movement in the room at night. During the day it stayed on.

One of the 3 elevators was broken so it took a long time to get to your room.
The elevators are small too.
