Good place, staff are a bit iffy, that being the younger group. Have a very bad resting face/give lots of bad looks
Pros:

Nice area and nice design to the property

Cons:

No hot water in rooms, shared bathrooms weren’t clear when booking. Breakfast is very limited. Only a select of 4 normal hot meals and 2 vegan/vegetarian hot meals. Could do with some cereal and other foods kids would like.

Pros:

Location excellent, pleasant walk to the beach. Hearty breakfast. Friendly, hardworking staff.

Cons:

Expensive for a three night stay as facilities only fair. Needs a refurbishment in some areas of the pub.

Great location for exploring the coast path. Welcoming team and comfortable. Great cooked Breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast choice was limited as was literally just a cooked breakfast and no continental option or fruit or cereal were offered. However, the cooked breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Location was excellent and convenient, service was good and were welcoming. Rooms and beds were comfortable

Cons:

Ensuite was a little tardy and dated. Evening Menu was limited so we did not choose to eat there. Quite expensive for the age and standard of accommodation but I think that was driven by availability in the area. Perfectly acceptable.

Great value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious apart from the coffee which was awful. Lovely cold orange juice and a full English……a freshly brewed coffee would have been welcome.
Comfy bed
Good shower

Cons:

The coffee

Pros:

Very friendly lady who served us breakfast.

Cons:

Complications over booking arrgts with Booking.com. I should have chased up my request for a twin bedded room, but, equally, I feel I should have received a response to my initial request sent in my email of July 2025.

Pros:

Great location in lovely village centre. Parking quite easy. Very good value. Good breakfast included. Single room available which helped keep cost down as I was travelling alone.

Cons:

It was very hot and there were no fans remaining. Fortunately I happened to have one of my own in the car but would be good if there was a fan in each room. TV wouldn't show most channels without broken picture, this wasn't a big deal for me as WiFi meant I could watch on my phone.

Disgusting and expensive - avoid
Pros:

Location wasn't bad

Cons:

Everything - tacky, unkempt, dilapidated, filthy and certainly not worth the asking price. In fact I would recommend people go to a travelodge or premier its cleaner and cheaper.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The shared bathroom is dilapidated. The traffic noise makes it hard to sleep. Needs better windows and soundproofing. Room was very hot and stifling.

Lovely! Would stay again. Recommend for solo traveller.
Pros:

A perfect stay for a solo traveller. Very helpful and friendly staff. A decent choice for breakfast, wish I'd asked for poached eggs, they looked really good at the table next to me! Nice street view from my room. Loved it all.

Cons:

Would be good to have hooks on the wall next to the shower, but I did mention that when I left. ;-)

Worse hotel experience for many years would not recommend!
Pros:

It was well located. The cooked breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The bedroom was very small with no bedside cabinets. On arrival our tea/coffee cups were not clean and there were limited supplies of tea and coffee. The staff did not know where to find extra supplies. We were left overnight without access to a hot drink. The room was not serviced on the first day. After a change of staff things got sorted.
