Sauberes und angenehmes Hotel. Gerne wieder
Pros:

Super Frühstück. Es gab alles was man morgens zum Essen braucht. Richtig nettes Personal. Unterkunft war immer sauber. Selbst das Einzelbett war grösser als erwartet und bequem. Hatte keine Probleme.

Cons:

Ich war im Sommer dort untergebracht und die Zimmer haben leider keine Klimaanlage. Da in meinem Zimmer so gut wie kein Luftzug herrschte und es den Tag über um die 40C hatte war es Nachts komplett heiss im Zimmer. Kühlschrank hatte ich leider auch keinen im Zimmer, mein Kollege hatte aber einen (evtl. war meiner einfach ausgebaut weil defekt?)

Positive überrascht und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß draußen und das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster durch welches nur sehr wenig frische & kühlere Luft gekommen ist.

Das neue Badezimmer

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft an andere vergeben (die Zimmernummer stimmte nicht mit der auf der Rechnung überein)ohne dass wir darüber informiert wurden. In unserem „neuen“ Zimmer fanden wir auch nur ein Bettzeug sowie einen Satz Handtücher vor. Zurück an der Rezeption, die nicht besetzt war und die wir jedes Mal telefonisch kontaktieren mussten, damit wir dort persönlich mit wem sprechen konnten, wurde uns gesagt, dass es unsere Schuld sei, da wir „zu spät eingecheckt“ hätten, dabei war es eine halbe Stunde nach Beginn der möglichen Eincheck-Zeit. Hinzu kam, dass wir uns laut Aussage der Rezeptionistin über das neue Zimmer freuen könnten, immerhin sei es eines der wenigen mit Klimaanlage. Darüber freuten wir uns zunächst auch, bis wir einen unangenehmen Geruch wahrnahmen.
Insgesamt ein unerfreulicher Empfang sowie eine unverständliche Vergabe unseres eigentlich gebuchten Zimmers. Ebenfalls unerfreulich war es, dass dies nicht offen kommuniziert wurde, sondern als „unsere Schuld“ abgetan wurde.
Dorthin fahren wir wohl nicht noch einmal!
