Overall doing nothing but lying on the bed with a good AC is how I can sum up the stay
Pros:

If's and but's will always be there so definitely not a place to avoid staying. Minor issues always could be pointed out. Staff was co operative, breakfast has reasonable options sans dosa. For MIT admission this was closest clean place though Anand bhavan is close by to this place which will try next visit.

Cons:

For extra bed don't expect a folding cot
Towels not already placed in the room
Neither the watch tv nor ac batteries were working
No idea if they even provide wifi.
Balcony area was not cleaned.

Pros:

The staff were super nice and understanding
Payment was not going through, and they were very understanding and helped us retrieve cash from ATM.
They also have a nice breakfast selection. Place feels safe and nice for the price.

Cons:

Wifi was not great.
The bathroom could work better with a separation from the toilet as everywhere gets wet within a shower.
The bed covers were stained and not the cleanest which could be improved.

A value stay with good hyegene and security.
Pros:

Hotel staffs were user friendly. Room,toilet were clean . 24 hr security coverage with cctv and security personnel present. female travelers can accomodate here safely.

Cons:

Rooms could be more spacious. Availability of transport was few and costly.
