Recensione per l'Hotel Zorepad – Vydrodzhennia, Ucraina (codice città 78315)
Ho avuto un’esperienza piuttosto spiacevole in questo hotel, dove avevo prenotato tramite Booking una camera doppia al prezzo di 700 grivne. All’arrivo, sono stato accolto con un atteggiamento arrogante da parte della proprietaria, che è stata chiamata dall’amministratore per chiarire la situazione della mia prenotazione.
La signora ha sostenuto che “loro non hanno prezzi così bassi” e ha dato la colpa a Booking, trattandomi con sufficienza, come se avessi truffato l’hotel. Ha insinuato in modo poco professionale che la mia nazionalità avrebbe giustificato una tariffa inferiore, facendo commenti inappropriati e discriminatori.
Per evitare ulteriori discussioni, ho accettato una camera più costosa da 1150 grivne, pur di non continuare a essere trattato in modo umiliante.
Ma l'assurdità non finisce qui: La mattina seguente, alle ore 07:40, mentre stavo ancora dormendo, l’amministratrice ha bussato insistentemente alla porta per chiedermi a che ora avrei lasciato la camera. Le ho risposto che su Booking è chiaramente indicato il check-out alle ore 12:00. Tuttavia, questo orario “non le andava bene” e sembrava volermi far uscire il prima possibile. Un comportamento al limite del surreale.
Tutto questo dimostra una mancanza totale di professionalità e un’atteggiamento che rasenta l’ostilità nei confronti dei clienti. È una mentalità purtroppo ancora troppo diffusa in alcune strutture in Ucraina, dove il cliente non viene minimamente rispettato, soprattutto se ha prenotato online a un prezzo “scomodo” per il gestore.
In conclusione:
Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Se scegliete di prenotare tramite portali online, preparatevi a essere trattati con sospetto e poca cortesia. È stata un’esperienza sconcertante e umiliante che non auguro a nessuno.

Добре, але могло бути краще.
Pros:

Сподобалося розташування і ціна. Сам готель великий і має парковку, загальне розташування теж чудове, ми брали його як транзитне місце, щоб ночувати і їздити на різні атракції. Ще в готелі є два милих котика, також хороший інтерʼєр.

Cons:

Номер був дуже маленький, без кондиціонеру. У нас було всього одне вікно, витяжка не працювала, враховуючи що готель при дорозі — дуже шумно, і вікно не закриєш, бо можна задихнутися.
