The Points by Roomy is an excellent hotel located around a 30-minute drive from the main Murree Road, with a manageable but slightly steep approach. The property is newly built by Roomy, with a vision of providing modern hospitality experiences that are accessible to middle-income travelers.
The property is spacious, featuring a modern building, clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms, ample parking space, beautiful walkways, and a dedicated play area for children. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and Abbottabad city from the top, which makes the stay even more memorable.
The hotel offers all essential facilities, including a kitchen, dining area, indoor games, and modern infrastructure designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, the most impressive aspect of this property is its staff. They were always attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to serve. Even our request for an early breakfast at around 6:00 am was accommodated without hesitation. Their politeness, hospitality, and continuous effort to ensure guests are comfortable were truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay, The entire property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff and the manager were incredibly polite, courteous, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

Highly responsive front desk, polite staff, great room view. The deck was very nice and the track around the hotel was very serene!
Food quality can be improved. There was some dust and empty bottles under the bed. Also late arriving guests made it hard to sleep at night as rooms were not sound proof from the corridor.
