Actually, I love everything I met tho. It's not too expensive either. Nice work there

Cons:

Update you website on the criteria needed. Thank God I was with my means of identification.
It will be better if you are more specific on somethings as well. The breakfast could have specified one dish per room.

No mirror inside my room apart from the mirror in the small toilet.

Cons:

It looks like the hotel was completed and commission without remembering that the rooms need a bathroom. You will barely fit in the bathroom. Its the smallest bathroom I have seen for such rate room. The size of the bathroom is quite embarrassing for such a good looking hotel.
The window is the wardrobe. There was no space for wardrobe and you guys converted the window to a wardrobe.
My advice, break-up some walls and expand your bathroom and let the window be free.

Clean Hotel with Great Internet, but Serious Service Issues
Pros:

The Internet was excellent, I was able to watch YouTube on the smart TV without any buffering, which is rare in most hotels. The room and surroundings were also very clean, which I appreciated.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room service staff are poorly trained, I was disturbed at 9 pm at my room just to clear a restaurant bill because the staff wanted to close their day, something I have never experienced in any other hotel.

The room itself was extremely small and congested, with no space to move around. Basic amenities like a foot mat in the bathroom were missing.

At checkout, I was held up unnecessarily while they "checked the room," which felt unprofessional and even rude.

The breakfast service was the worst I’ve seen. It was delivered at 7 am directly to the room, and by the time you’re ready to eat around 9 am, it’s already cold and unappetizing.

To make matters worse, I noticed a serious billing issue. My bill showed ₦41,000 in the booking .com, but I was charged ₦48,000. This is unacceptable.

Overall, it felt less like a hotel and more like a poorly run student hostel. I left annoyed and dissatisfied.

My stay was awesome and I will stay again on my next visit.
Pros:

I love the service and the royal look of the hotel. The hotel has reasonable prices as well.

Cons:

Only thing I dislike about the hotel was that I came during small renovations and the internet keeps going out but besides that my experience was outstanding.
