Fantastic stay-the hotel was wonderful.
Pros:

We had a room in a bungalow- toward the back of the property-so it was quiet (except for the sound of monkeys and birds and a nearby rooster in the morning-which we LOVED hearing). The room included a lovely shaded deck with chairs and a hammock. We spent many hours there, reading and enjoying the sounds and views around us (we could see the ocean). The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of trees and flowers (attracting lots of birds). The air conditioning worked well. The bungalow had inside walls of stone and a high ceiling with beams of wood- beautiful!
Everything was very clean and the coffee in the morning was fantastic-Thank you Mercedes!!!
The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful-answering questions, recommending tours and restaurants and arranging taxis. Thank you Juan Luis!!!!
Tip-If you need one-take along your own travel hairdryer-but if you forget-not an issue-they have a few available to borrow from reception.

Cons:

There were many steps to our room ( not an issue -as long as a person is reasonably fit). The lighting at night was not sufficient to properly illuminate the steps of different heights. Take along a flashlight (or use your phone) to help with this.

Amazing place!
Pros:

What a nice place! We loved the comfortable room, the views, the green surroundings and the swimming pool. The location is also great, next to the (small) center of Montezuma but a bit more quite as it’s on the side of the town. But everything is extremely close by.

Most of all, the host was extremely kind and went out of his way to help us.

Cons:

There where some mosquitos in our room, but the host lend us mosquito spray which really helped

Pros:

Room was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Staff very friendly. Could use an offload area for people checking in as police were issuing tickets. Parking was off property uphill which wasn't overly handy. Street side room was quite noisy, would recommend poolside room.

Pros:

great property in the center of montezuma with very polite staff that is eager to help you with your requests. the pool area and the jacuzzi are great as well with many sunbeds (actually more than needed, which is nice and the space feels big). they offer coffee/water and light breakfast (biscuits/fruit) at the reception which is much appreciated.

Cons:

pay attention which room you book: i booked the cheapest option (economy double), which is near the road and with no window - staff let me know upon booking and since i spent time outside or at the pool i did not mind. given the lack of view etc. i would consider it on the expensive side though.
