Not happy at all. Feeling ripped off
Pros:

Beds were ok. The only positive thing in our stay.

Cons:

Check in was terrible. Very little details and help given. The hotel is an absolute maze and very poorly laid out. It took ages for us to find our room (which turned out to be in another building with a foot bridge connecting it). Whole hotel is dated and dirty. Our room was tidy but not clean ( once again, dated).
Very dissapointing when we'd driven all day, arrived at 7.30pm, spent 40 mins navigating through the building, poor facilities, and all this for $214. Not happy at all !!

Affordable and comfortable but fix the check-in process please

Cons:

The check-in process was difficult our maps took us to the car park then it was a battle to find reception more signs needed.There is a motel and a hotel using same reception it was a long walk lugging bags although 1 staff member did offer to carry my wife’s bag up the stairs .

It was a dirty horrible place. I do not recommend it. Expensive considering the conditions.

Cons:

The room was dirty.
Carpet full of stains. Pillows yellow stained. Lucky I had my own. Bathroom disgusting, basin wouldn’t drain filled up right to the brim when brushing teeth. Coffee pod machine in room was broken. Told receptionist about these conditions and no apologies made from them.

Uncomfortable, not what I paid for, couldn’t actually stay ended up leaving.
Pros:

The location was close to everything

Cons:

Booked for x2 adults supposed to be a double bed, it was a king single at best. Made for a very uncomfortable stay and ended up just catching a taxi elsewhere.
