Pathetic and Tortured Experience at Iceberg
Pros:

The place where we choose our hotel was heaven... Such a beautiful scenic place but our experience was ruined by the bad behaviour of the hotel owner n staff

Cons:

The hotel owner was highly rude with us despite charging extra than the promised amount he was talking very rudely misbehaved with us and accused us on the other hand... Never assisted in any of our needs .. We had a kid 5 years old with us n still his attitude was pathetic

I Like Music, Staff Service and Their Behaviour is Too good and Location of Hotel, Food Quality is Good.
When we come Mussoorrie we will definitely come In iceberg Hotel and Refer to my friends also.

For friends group, Hotel staff is non co operative, even back out from mutually agreed terms in written also, related to food & services,
Nil Hospitality, Because of rude & non professional behaviour, we feel embarassed & uncomfortable to stay there , even management forced us to leave property at 01:00 Am , Without any Refund, even not have sense today talk with seniors . very bad experence
