Overall it was just what we needed for the weekends events
Pros:

Very cosy room, bed was comfortable & happy that there was air conditioning, TV & desk.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit outdated, there was no lockable safe & there was no milk for a cup of tea

Cons:

The fan control was leaking and wouldn’t start the next morning, there was no cutlery in the room.
No plates.
We have stayed at the Pepercorn before and found it compfortable. There was maintenance being carried out so maybe when that is finished it will be better for everyone.

Horrible. Have never stayed at a motel that didn’t supply basic kitchen and bathroom supplies

Only 4 cups no plates or bowls
Black mould on walls and ceiling in bathroom
Don’t supply shampoo or conditioner or tissues queried staff to be told that they don’t supply

Basic but comfortable.
Pros:

I was able to get the key after normal office hours

Cons:

My room was in the western side of the building with open curtains and no shade. It was a 42° day and the room was very hot when I walked in laterin the day. Not very comfortable but being a small room it didn’t take long to cool down.

Needed a place for the family for the night. Could have been worse. You get what you paid for.

Cons:

Place wasn't clean. Dust and cob webs around. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Hair in the shower. Pool was cloudy
