Nothing to like. Everything mentioned on BOOKING.COM is a lie, even the name. The hotel name was CHANAKYA INN. Full payment was made in cash, but no receipt was given. Rs. 2165 was total but I gave 2170 in currency notes and no balance was offered by the receptionist. The man on the desk put the phone down on me when requested for receipt of cash. The breakfast was given at 7.45 not from 6am as advertised. The loude noice of trafic horns and people in the corridors kept disturbing all night. They kept on saying the receipt will be sent online but have a paper receipt at check out. There were no hot water facility in the room.

Location was close to airport. Thats the only thing positive about it.
The rooms were not clean, there were cockroaches, dirty linen, bed bugs, etc. It was very noisy. It looked more like a lodge than a hotel.

This place was a disaster. The room was full of bugs (small cockroaches). At night, they were roaming around, even on the bed. When I complained about this to the hotel, they sprayed the insect killer in the middle of the night, which was unacceptable from a health and comfort perspective.
The room cleanliness and hygienic level were poor. The breakfast was also subpar, and the serving of breakfast was not hygienic at all. People often touched the food by hand and did not follow proper protocol, which is expected in a dining place.
No parking in front of the hotel ,septic tank is open in front of the hotel which make smell bad ,4th floor kept for booking.com customer ,from the the lift to room is very dirty ,no proper lights at night ,toilet exhaust not working ,room doesn’t have facilities mentioned in the booking page ,no tea bag or microwave as mentioned in the booking page
