I suffered till midnight because of this
Everything there is worse, there is nothing to like.
When I booked the room, the total payment was Rs. 1469 on the app, but they charged me Rs. 2500. When I objected, they stated that I would have to pay Rs. 2500 if I wanted to remain. I have a lot of languages, so I can't travel anywhere that time. I am really dissatisfied because this happened to me a second time when I used your app to book a hotel. I'll post all stories on social media if you don't take any action against those two hotels.

Bad smell in the room. Balcony have to much mud, water, mosquitos. If you order the food from hotel it will take 1 hour for 1 order, and taking food from roadside and given you. Also they don't know how to talk with anyone. Dont pay without check in. And i refer don't book this room. Hostel room is better then this property
Very local setup and very poor behavior of the staff or someone who was there. The online price is different from the price when we go there, and these rooms are not good for families.

Booking online cost is 967 rs ok but they will charge 1250 rs from me, I said to the manager I want hotel bill, they can't issue the bill
I literally liked nothing at all. The property owners make fool of customers. Through booking.com site they are able to get customers and then they simply cancel your booking from the site at the very last moment and demand for more than double the amount of money.
The property owners are scammers. They take advantage of the customers. Since we customers have no other choice to stay elsewhere they demand for more money and make fool of us. These properties should be banned entirely from online booking sites.
