Fabulous breakfast and very helpful young man serving us. We really loved the pool and spa, and were amazed we could use them after checking out too.

Bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable
Someone decided that hovering at 1am would be a cracking idea !
Everything was very clean and the facilities were wonderful. The staff were amazing when my partner had a medical emergency, they called for us to get to the hospital and cleaned the room. They also left vouchers to cheer us up for when we returned. We used them at the restaurant downstairs when we came back and the food was fantastic. They were so incredibly kind and helpful it was absolutely amazing thank you all so much.

Close to the Alex Hospital
Stayed two nights but my room was not serviced at all. Had to go to reception to get tea, coffee etc as the phone in the room did not work. Found out afterwards that it was unplugged.

Just generally a nice place to stay. The staff are superb, have no complaints, people might say the rooms are small but remember the price. No other hotel would offer those facilities for that price.

Hotel room was too short
As a single female traveling for work. It was so nice that the receptionist made sure my privacy was protected gave me my room key and didn't say allowed my room number. Escorted me to the stairs and there is a female only gym too.
It was clean and staff very helpful etc.. but thats about it...
Room was very very small no where to even put the suitcase!!! I asked at reception and they just said yes they are all small rooms..the way its been photoed does make the rooms look much bigger. Sadly Im disabled and struggling to walk. I booked this for the pool and spa facilities..as it helps massively with my leg mobility..unfortunately no access possibly to the pool and spa as a sprial stairs to tackle... impossible. How this was ever allowed no idea. No mention on the information either. The restaurant is more like a leisure centre cafe with a similar poor selection of mostly deep fried food. My chips had been recooked and saw them back in the early hours .. hmmm
All in all very disappointed and while I had a refund for the food and some money back for not being able to use the pool.the next morning think the manager hasmissedthe point of being reasonable. it doesn't really make up for very the disappointing experience or being able to exercise after 4 hours i a car...I could of stayed at the village and knewn I could have used all the facilities and used their restaurant for much less.. so you know where im staying next time!!!
Friendly and helpful staff; good leisure facilities; well prepared food and drink.
Bathroom was small, little space to store items, and although designated "accessible" I suspect anyone with mobility issues would struggle to control the shower. The drainage in this wet room style bathroom was very poor. There was no bedside lamp at the left hand side as you face. These comments refer to room 202.
