Amazing facilities and great staff but let down on some details
Pros:

The gym and pool facilities are incredible if you have the time to use them. Staff very helpful and friendly and the location is easy to find but quiet.

Cons:

Very small room, arranged so that it was quite hard to get around! Had a meal in the bar that wasn’t great.

Disappointing
Pros:

Spa was a nice touch, though very busy and noisy

Cons:

Small double room was tiny. No room for any luggage and had to squeeze down the side of the bed. Ok for 1 but not for 2. Only one set of toiletries and stingy with tea and coffee.

Good for a short stay!
Pros:

The property has got some great facilities such as the spa and gym that can be used onsite. The check in process was easy and the room was clean to a good standard. Generally quiet on the corridors in the evening and easy night time access with key card. Good shower quality.

Cons:

A loud electrical current type noise kept happening across the ceiling during the night. The bed felt like a few springs had gone in the mattress. Shower was good but no option for handheld shower head - just overhead waterfall type shower.

Decent. Very busy on the weekends due to kids swimming.
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room is too small, no closet, piled luggage on top of each other. Front desk maned young people who didn't know much.

The hotel provided a reasonable place to stay for the conveience of access to our appointment
Pros:

The location was ideal for our purposes. A modern property and obviously much used by locals for the gym & pool facilities.

Cons:

Food was a bit limited and breakfast although buffet seemed to need refreshing.

All good, have rebooked for another stay .
