Локация идеальная, в отеле чисто и уютно. Персонал очень доброжелательный, уборка номера отличная. Спа зона хорошая, с джакузи (но джакузи иногда была с прохладной или еле теплой водой вместо горячей), сауной и ледяной капелью на улице.
Очень была расстроена, когда в самолете вспомнила что не забрала из сейфа 1 бриллиантовую сережку 0.7 карат из сейфа, видимо она была в самом углу подноса для украшений и я ее не заметила при выезде. Вечером написала письмо на почту, сказали что проверили при выезде и еще 1 раз, но ничего не нашли, конечно же. Я не удивлена…. Но хотелось бы верить в лучшее.
Nice staff
Very disappointing experience at Le Lana Hotel.
The room was absolutely not at a 5-star level. It was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The towels were worn out and looked like they should have been replaced long ago. The whole room felt outdated and unpleasant.
What made the situation even worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of helping to solve the problem, he was rude and dismissive. Despite our complaint about the unacceptable room conditions, they refused to refund our money.
For such an expensive hotel, this was shocking. Definitely the worst hotel experience we’ve had. An overpriced, old, and uninviting place that does not deserve a 5-star rating.

We really liked the location of the hotel, with direct access from the lobby to the city center. The hotel lobby was spacious and vibrant, creating a great first impression. The staff at the ski room and concierge were extremely friendly and accommodating, as were the drivers who took us around the city. Their professionalism and helpfulness added to the overall experience, making our stay even more enjoyable
The rooms were comfortable and clean; however, we encountered an issue with housekeeping. On three separate days, the housekeeping staff did not clean our room while we were out skiing. Instead, they asked us to leave the room upon our return so they could clean, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, adding an extra mattress topper to the bed would make it much more comfortable. Overall, while the stay was pleasant, these aspects could be improved.
The breakfast offering feels outdated, as it only includes a buffet. If you want something from the menu, such as a freshly prepared dish, it costs an additional €9. I believe that when paying €1,000 per person per night, guests should be able to enjoy a made-to-order omelet from the kitchen without extra charges. The breakfast service could definitely use modernization to match the premium price point.
