Pros:

餐厅很好，感觉主业是餐厅，住宿是周边产品。停车方便。

Cons:

客房对街一面会吵，卫生间冲水上下左右的房间都能听见。

Lots of nice things about the hotel but let down by poor customer service
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and clean . Bar and restaurant areas lovely . Breakfast was great .

Cons:

We went for a 60th birthday as a group of 6, dinner bed and breakfast . 3 of our main courses were poor , extremely small portions and bland. After complaining these were taken off the bill .
Very disappointed that there was no acknowledgment or special touches for birthday - even a happy birthday greeting , a card , chocolates, wine etc . We spent a lot of money in the hotel and did not feel we were treated in any way specially. They even had to be reminded to bring out the cake I’d provided .
I spoke to reception on check out who agreed she would get manager to contact me - have heard nothing.

Pros:

Fijne kamer. Goed bed. Douche oké. Ontbijt had wat uitgebreider gemogen. Geen kaas of vleeswaren.

Amazing
Pros:

Staff were great, dining area was lovely, food tasted great and the beds were very comfy and last loaction beside Castlewellan forest park was perfect for a beautiful walk.

Cons:

Could be a little cleaner in bathroom just a few hairs etc... but nothing bad.

Fabulous Castlewellan hotel.
Pros:

We loved the location next to Castlewellan Forest park. Easy free parking. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room with large bed, good bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with many choices. A lovely restful place to stay.

Pros:

It was close to Castlewellan.

Cons:

Not a great breakfast. Horrible mushrooms and tomato. I think it was the cheapest ingredient you could buy. Lipstick was on my cup. Could do with better quality towels. We won't stay there again.

The property was lovely! The aircon and coffee machine wasn’t working but the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating
