Pros:

Friendly staff. Large bed, stylish bar and breakfast

Cons:

The ambience of the restaurant was lacking- a bit cafe like considering the price tag.

Clean hotel, fine for a nights stay
Pros:

Very clean, in centre of town, nice staff, nice bathroom

Cons:

Only coffee making facilities in the room, no kettle or teabags
Fire Alarm went off in the middle of the night for a good 40 minutes id say, it cant be helped but it felt like it was on forever

Also there was no bar food on a sunday evening so we had to go elsewhere, strange for a hotel, restaurant was open but it was very busy as it was mothers day & kids everywhere

Lovely stay- would definitely return!
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel at the entrance to Castlewellan forest park - best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel- freshly made. Walked to the walled garden in the forest park & around the lake.

Cons:

Wee bit of mould needs removed from the shower area & shower mat covered in mould. Also need a mirror above desk area where the sockets are for drying hair

Great friendly staff, great hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel, modern, clean, great staff who gave us great tips about local things to do and see. Free parking right outside or just across the street. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Can't think of anything! Only thing I'd say is the restaurant is a bit on the expensive side, but to be honest it was very high quality, so worth every penny.
