Great position very clean staff welcoming beds comfortable
Not very accessible, minimum of 3 steps to get in and out. Bathroom very small

We left at 10am, along with other guests. It was like a maze to get out as the hotel wasn't open. Would have been quite scary in an emergency.

Shower was in a slanted part of the room. Couldn’t stand upright.

When booking we weren't aware of the 12 x DJ night with loud music until 01:30 which meant difficulty sleeping.
Felt uncomfortable eating at the hotel due to the loud music and had to find alternative food venue.

The location was great for what we needed
Room was very small for the price we paid to stay there, it was very noisy with doors banging all through the night and morning. Didn’t offer cooked breakfast. Stay was disappointing compared to last time and it was so much more money this time to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed linen and towels were excellent. Facilities: , kitchen area with crockery and cutlery, decent size kettle and microwave. TV on wall.

The beat from music in the garden went on late into the night. On the second night someone kept knocking on a bedroom door near me - obviously their partner had gone to sleep and they couldn’t get in .As it is an old building there wasn’t a lift and the stairs would not be suitable for older people or with mobility problems .
