Terrible
Pros:

It was cold and the shower was cold. Despite emailing the hotel staff at 9.30am. I returned to the hotel at 5.30pm to find the situation the same. As I came out of my room the manager was coming down the stairs, he made no attempt to apologise.

Cons:

Same as above. Very poor service and communication v

Pros:

I only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable room with good aircon which I was shown how to use to warm the room. Very pleasant stay. Very clean and good facilities including crockery and sink should I need to bring food. Plentiful milk, tea and coffee.

I liked everything.

Worst place I ever booked, deceitful money grabbers.
Pros:

Says pet friendly but not. Says charges may apply, but asked for extra £45 for a dog. Something you don’t know until you book. Flatly refused to cancel booking, even though booking.com asked them twice.

Cons:

Nothing, didn’t actually stay, but paid for the room.

Very pleasant, and relaxing sfter a long day at the sales.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast but the meal the night before was very good. Staff are excellant. Location is just great for tatttersalls sales.

Not the best and not worth money
Pros:

The face and lobby was well designed

Cons:

Rooms were so far apart, got an email saying my room would be a double with bath and when we arrived it had a shower no bath, window didn’t lock and was off a stairwell where anyone could of got in if they wanted so didn’t sleep well knowing it didn’t lock, when first arrived took abit of tissue of toilet roll holder and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. Toilet door was stiff to open I had to shove the door hard and hurt myself.
