Интерьер неплохой, завтраки хоть и однообразные, но с выбором. Есть сауна. Через дорогу сразу выход на пляж.

Cons:

Отвратительная звукоизоляция, в номере напротив жила семья с детьми и каждое утро и вечер их детей было слышно так, будто они у меня под ухом. В номере тараканы! Бассейн не подогреваемый, вода ледяная. Сотрудники ресепшена выглядят очень некомпетентными, перед тобой пускают шутки явно о тебе, но на своем языке, это было несколько раз. Знания английского практически нулевое, не понимают базовых слов, приходится постоянно использоваться переводчик, чтобы как-то коммуницировать.

I really appreciated the warm and welcoming service from the staff. They were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hotel is a little far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi or walk a long distance every day. For adults, the walk along the beach to downtown is very pleasant, but it is difficult for small children.
Taxis are generally not expensive; however, some drivers quoted very high prices. In a few cases, we were charged up to 500,000 VND for only 1.5–2 km. Fortunately, the hotel assisted us in finding a trustworthy and professional driver from their own network. He was very kind, supportive, and offered a fair price, which we truly appreciated. Also Swimming pool needs some maintenance, considering the safety, especially for the children. The pool floor was sharp and slippery, which could easily cause injuries. Unfortunately, my son cut his toe due to the sharp surface of the pool floor.
