Pros:

Die Besitzerin des Hotels war wirklich super hilfsbereit, Roller konnte man über sie günstig buchen, Frühstück war einfach aber gut, ist inbegriffen. War nicht aufdringlich was Touren buchen angeht, hat geholfen, als kein ATM meine Karte wollte und den Transfer zum Flughafen hat sie super organisiert, gefühlt kein hoher Preis, musste mich um nichts kümmern. Wenn ich wiedermal in diese Gegend komme, würde ich dort wieder einchecken.

Pros:

Struttura pulita,moderna,camera grande,un pó decentrata ma vicina a stazione di treno e bus

I proprietari vivono in struttura con la famiglia, verso le 6 si svegliano tutti facendo non poco rumore, le pulizie non sono giornaliere,ma sinceramente queste cose non mi hanno dato fastidio. Ho trovato allucinante che un ora dopo aver saldato il conto ho ritrovato i proprietari in stazione e hanno fatto finta di non conoscermi voltandosi dall'altra parte. Non mi piace lasciare recensioni tanto meno negative, nulla da dire sulla struttura ma i proprietari,in quanto ad accoglienza ed educazione, hanno molto da imparare

Habitacion grande, comoda y limpia un poco lejos de las actividades turisticas pero la dueña te alquila bicicleta a bajo precio y con eso podes visitar todo sin problema

Great value for money!
Pros:

Spacious clean bedroom and bathroom, friendly staff, great value for money.

Cons:

Could have done with a sheet instead of a fluffy blanket on the bed as very warm, but not really an issue.

Pros:

ニンビン駅前で道路を隔てて正面がバス発着所の好立地。
1階フロント前が飲食スペースで、とても安価に食事ができて、バス発車時刻までのんびりさせてもらった。
家族経営のようで、女性主人は親切でバイディン寺へのタクシーを手配してもらった。

Cons:

この価格で文句言うことはない。

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ตรงข้ามที่ขึ้นรถบัสนอนไปที่ต่างๆ อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก ห้องพักกว้างและสะอาดมาก ราคาถูกมากแถมมีอาหารเช้าให้ด้วย

Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit top Gastgeberin
Pros:

Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat direkt Touren für uns individuell zusammengestellt und gebucht und nach der Rückkehr noch spontan Abendessen für uns gekocht ("kommt einfach wenn ihr bereit für essen seid"). Lage ist super um die Fernzüge oder -busse einfach zur erreichen und davor nochmal duschen zu gehen.
Für den Preis unschlagbar.
Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und mit Klimaanlage, nur der Decke hätte ein Überzug nicht geschadet

Pros:

Good value, great location next to the train station, also right across from where HK express bus stops, and also a quiet area compared to the very touristy Tam Coc area, but still with a couple of different places to eat. The owner was very friendly and helpful, helped us book a great day tour and a super easy cheap scooter rental. Nice breakfast each morning freshly cooked with a choice of drinks allthough a bit on the small side. Room was big and clean with air con and a big fan which worked pretty well as it was very hot otherwise. Shower was decent but the water was not that cold for a refreshing shower after sweating all day in 40 degrees.

Cons:

Toilet blocked easily, shower water wasnt very cold, but these were very small issues that didn't really spoil the stay. The only other thing we didnt like so much is that the family live in the downstairs lobby of one of the buildings and they are there all day every day and see you every time you leave or arrive. They were friendly but it did make us feel a bit observed and like we were being watched. These again are only small issues if we have to mention anything. Overall the stay was great and we felt welcomed and would happily stay there again. Its good value.
