Pros:

The host let me check in early to leave my bags in the room. It was around 11am. But check out was stricter and they recommended I check out early if I intended to go someplace after 9am. It was a simple room with basic necessities but everything was clean and they provided water as well.

It is very near the train station if you need that.

Credit card was accepted with an add-on 2% fee and they also provide tour services. They also helped me talk to my Grab drivers to communicate needs.

Cons:

No elevators so mind this if you have luggage.

Hotel moderno e pulito
Pros:

Cons:

Niente

Great place to stay in Ninh Binh!
Pros:

Stayed here 3 years ago last time and it was as good as it was back then!

Clean and good size rooms for two people.
Comfy bed and good AC.
Bathroom was also good size and clean with hot water. Room had refrigerator + TV.
Location is very close to train station so you can easily walk there.
Restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Wifi was ok in the room.
Free breakfast was a nice plus!

They rent motorbikes for good price to explore the city.

Can totally recommend to stay in Ninh Binh Central Hotel.

Cons:

Sounds from downstairs can easily be heard in the first floor rooms.
