Pros:

We had a very spacious room/suite in the end. The host was very friendly.

Cons:

Our original room was not prepared with two separate beds as requested earlier in the day. So we had to wait a little upon arrival to get a room. But we were given an upgraded room instead which was lovely. So no real complaint there.
