chilly, adventurous and great experience, place is confortable apart from the heating issue.
Pros:

location was great, place was nice, clean and tidy.

Cons:

the heater provided in the room was not at all adequate, as it hardly warmed the room enough for the kids to be comfortable. To make matter worse the light went out in the middle of the night and the issue couldn’t be rectified until morning.

The service and hospitality was good.
We opted for the Standard Room which was confirmed and spacious. The food was also good.

Cons:

While booking we didn't opt for a New year's Eve party and we thought of making a decision about it after being checked in. At 31st only, we enquired about the party and it was communicated that the party cost would be 300 per pax. We opt to attend the party. At time of check out and settling the bill, they charged us 3000 per pax. I tried to sort things but the staff persisted on telling no sir we communicated 3000 at the time of enquiry. At the end I paid the outstanding amount having not to spoil the hospitality that I have received.
But I felt cheated at that time.
