Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Já sou cliente fiel, amo a estrutura, os quartos, o Café da manhã. Mas o atendimento da recepção é o que nos conquistou, são ótimos e resolvem tudo com leveza e profissionalismo. Funcionários Breno e Josi, atendimento 10 , parabéns.

O quarto do hotel é bem espaçoso, .
Os funcionários todos muito simpáticos em especial a Josy que foi muito simpática e nos ajudou bastante.
A localização tb é muito boa

Cons:

A localização do quarto no térreo em frente a piscina não é muito bom. Tem conversas em baixo da janela. A limpeza poderia melhorar.um pouco.

Boa, mas podia ser melhor, pq o hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica p promover excelência p seus hóspedes.

Café da manhã, muitos profissionais visivelmente aborrecidos, especialmente os do restaurante, no primeiro dia faltou pão, embora tenha sido providenciado, mas foi uma situação constrangedora, sucos ruins, café fraco, frutas não muito boas, e no último dia foi servido um pão do dia anterior e tivemos q solicitar pão do dia q foi providenciado para mim e que estava a mesa comigo no momento, mas continuaram a colocar o pão de dia anterior e minha filha q chegou depois estava comendo o pão oferecido pq não sabia q eu havia solicitado pão do dia. Considero q não precisássemos solicitar pão do dia e que não devesse ser servido pão do dia anterior. E os funcionários bem cara amarrada no restaurante.
