Staff were super friendly and welcoming, hotel is in a great location, on the Main Street where all shops and restaurants are.

Everything! Not sure why you’d stay anywhere else in the town. This place is tucked away only 150m from the Main Street. Lovely family run place, clean, big rooms and decent breakfast with a pool and a view direct into the river! Splendid

Gwim and her family were lovely hosts. We loved the pool, it was definitely a highlight. We loved watching the boats go by and the sunset. The room and bathroom were very clean and the air conditioner was amazing.
Breakfast of an omelet and baguette with coffee is included and they do have another menu for other times of the day.
We had a beautiful view from our room of the courtyard and river. Just outside our room was a table where we sat while reading our books in a rain storm.
We would definitely recommend Jade Hotel.

Jade was the perfect easy and affordable place to stay in Phong Nha. The staff were all incredibly friendly and amazingly accommodating - letting us check-in very early in the morning when our bus arrived, doing our laundry, and sorting us a motorbike. All the restaurants, bars and booking offices you could need are right around the corner too.

This family was welcoming us as if they were as pleased to see us, as any other guest they have ever hosted. Extremely friendly and warm and helpful, also late in the evening. The women of the house went out of her way in helping me to report my stolen passport, as she took me to the local police station, and handled all the communication for me in Vietnamese. Even if she doesn't speak a work of English, she was able to communicate and take good care of us using a translation app.

The rooms were very clean with a large comfortable bed and good size bathroom. We didn't use the pool as it was cold and rainy but the pool area looked nice. The hotel is well located and has a really nice view out onto the river.

Able to see great views of the mountains from the property grounds. The AC in my room was one of if not the best functioning AC unit I’ve come across in Vietnam. The bedroom & bathroom were also amongst the cleanest I’ve boarded in. The shower heads were also the best functioning of all hostels/hotels I’ve stayed at, the water pressure is hands down the best I’ve encountered as well.

Pool was lovely, views were gorgeous, location was good.
