Hotel manager andrew and his son gave us so many information about the location
Very big and clean room
The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing!

Cons:

It has nothing to do with the hotel - but please dont go riding on the elephants!! the elephants are stabbed behind the ears when riding

Nettes, sauberes Hotel. Warmwasser in der Dusche und Klimaanlage. Elefanten waren ganz nett.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken war es etwas stressig, muss jedoch nicht bei jedem so sein.

What made our stay even better was the amazing staff. A special mention goes to Shalika, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She truly went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a perfect view of the elephants!

Нам понравилось все! Размещение и проживание прошли замечательно! Бронировали номер с балконом и с видом на реку. В душе ГОРЯЧАЯ вода)
Отдельное спасибо сотруднику отеля Andrew! Заранее обсудили все моменты возможных активностей. Andrew всегда был на связи и помогал по любому вопросу! Для собственника отеля это очень клиентоориентированный сотрудник!
