The room was great. The view was amazing.

What made our stay even better was the amazing staff. A special mention goes to Shalika, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She truly went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a perfect view of the elephants!

The location was great,by the river with a big balcony to watch elephants in the morning. Also, there's a swimming pool to refresh.We fully enjoy our staying!

The duty Manager Shalika went out of her way to makes us very welcome and Andrew our transport & activity manager was outstanding as well, quick response to questions and very thorough explain about the entry process, the waiters we very good as well

Nous avons été surclassés à l’hôtel éléphant Park juste en face. C’était incroyable ! Vue direct sur le bain des éléphants le matin, de la chambre ou de la piscine. Lits très confortables et propres 😍

This hotel is truly one of the best places to stay. The location is perfect and very convenient for everything around the city. The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. They made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

- Andrew took us to the elephant farm
- And best server at the restaurant was Sakun

We arrived very late in the evening, but check-in was no problem, they waited for us.
The rooms were clean, the water was hot, comfortable beds, a terrace and air conditioning - what more could you ask for.
In the morning, an amazing buffet breakfast with a wide selection of food, coffee, tea and juices.
The view from the room, or from the restaurant of elephants bathing in the river is an unforgettable experience.
We stayed longer and had a swim in the pool after breakfast with a beer and a view of the elephants in the river.
