Have stayed here in the past(for beer festivals etc.) and would certainly return for similar events.
Pros:

Location/easy to find and close to my reason for visiting Poperinge. Breakfast inviting and plentiful.

Cons:

Bar to close quite early(for Belgium!). A tobacco(?)smell seemed to permeate up from the bar to the first floor bedroom.

Central Hotel Poperinge
Pros:

Skylight window was good, with a shutter. I was only there for the one night but it would be handy to keep the room cooler. TV channels were extensive. My bike was locked away next door which was reassuring.

Cons:

Nothing disappointed me.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, comfortable and spacious bedrooms.

Cons:

Mosquitos from swamp opposite the hotel near the building site ( work starts at 7 am, not a problem for us, but take ear plugs if you want a lie in)
