Friendly staff, me and my husband set an alarm to wake us up for breakfast, after a few drinks out and about, an alarm went off early hours of the morning and hubby turned our alarm off thinking it was that, (it was the hotel alarm) we slept late and missed breakfast. It was a funny story and we told a staff member at reception, she kindly apologised and offered us a packed lunch, we were ok though and she said hang on a minute, and gave us a gift each which we really appreciated .

Cons:

It's just breakfast it is really early, I wish it was until half nine, ten o'clock. I love breakfast and it's part of our stay to look forward to , just a tad early.It wouldn't stop us from staying again as we love everything!

Pros:

Breakfast was very good . Ordered from the menu and it was served within minutes .

Cons:

The bed was small and the mattress was slightly hard for us when we come back we will try single beds

Good value and well presented excellent service from staff

Cons:

The bedroom was very tired and worn , needed a fresh coat of paint ! Also shower cubicle needs replacement unable to fully close shower door .
Also very warm room would like to be able to open windows more .
