good room
food was poor singer first night first class second night TERRIBLE
Fabulous sea front location
Looks like they have upgraded a lot of rooms
Situated perfect for 5 minute walk to shops
Location was ideal staff was very friendly room was smaller than thought but the view made up for that.
For a small room alot of furniture was in place which made it feel tight. For a younger same sex couple we felt all eyes was on us from the older generation as this is what I know now an older generation hotel. However it won't put us of staying there in the future as we only stayed in out room when not in town
Bed was comfort
Wi-Fi wasn’t any good kept on buffering needs good WiFi phones lose signal
Any old materials on roof where work is being done remove and store away as it doesn’t look very nice when you look out your window and see building materials
Sea view nice and quiet
Could do with a new lick of pant and some new items in the rooms all looking a bit old
everything was very good.
nothing
Location and staff
Bedrooms need updating
it is a nice location as we have stayed a couple of times before. we enjoyed the entertianment on both nights and we found the staff to be very helpful.
The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the shower in our bathroom. Not enough power, very slow.
Location, clean, parking
Wifi very poor, male bar staff unfriendly and demonstrated poor customer service
Staff very helpful.
Once we got our breakfast we enjoyed it rooms were nice quite a nice hotel
We were given a number for our table for our meal on three occasions went into the dining room to be told we had to move one breakfast waited 40 minutes for breakfast when asked we were told it wasn't her section but would take our order she was to serve the drivers
Amazing
I loved everything, nothing bad to say and it was going back in time for me as worked there many years ago so always holds a special place for me.
