Cons:

When we checked in the room hadn’t been cleaned bathroom was discussing dirty towels left from previous stay dirty glasses with toothpaste in them when asking receptionist to change towels when wr got back to the room three hours later they hadn’t been changed had to go back and get them ourselves terrible service we’ve been using this hotel for ten years twice a year never experienced anything like it so disappointing

In desperate need of modernisation

Very dated, was like Fawlty towers.
WiFi was non-existent
Doors slam when shut and kept waking me. Could hear the room next door using toilet!
The whole hotel in need of modernisation.

Cons:

My room, with a seaview, has been refurbished very recently. It was clean and very comfortable with all of the facilities needed. The hotel is clearly going through a massive upgrade, so there are areas awaiting refurbishment.
Very good value and I would definitely stay again.

Food wasn't up to standard very poor on choice for the price we paid and there was only one toilet working in the bar for the whole time

was staying at another b&b very disappointed with is so book a room at seabankas we stayed there be for room very clean
food very good staff very good will be staying there again

Cons:

only thing i can say is the carpet look a bit bad with tape on then and look a bit worn is some places

Not Good Value for Money but Comfortable
Pros:

Nice big room. Great location

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. The decor is a bit tired. The room was a bit cold with the radiator on maximum. The showed tray was broken.
