Un hotel maravilloso
Pros:

Es un hotel maravilloso, nuevo, muy cuidado y muy limpio. El personal es encantador. Las personas que trabajan en animación se esfuerzan mucho y son muy agradables con los niños. Especial mención al manager del hotel que además hablaba español, nos ayudó con todo y estuvo siempre muy atento con nosotros. La comida está muy rica y es muy variada, te cansas de tanto comer. Las piscinas estas muy limpias y hay muchas hamacas disponibles. Está muy cerca de la playa y además tiene una zona reservada con hamacas y sombrillas gratuitas. Una experiencia 100% recomendable.

Pros:

Overall had a pleasant experience with a few important highlights and downsides.
The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, offering a great place to relax. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. The pools and water slides were fantastic, especially for kids—they had a lot of fun there. The sea is also very close by, and the hotel provides sunbeds, which is a big plus for beach lovers.

The animation team deserves a 10/10. They were always smiling, engaged, and kept both kids and adults entertained with energy and positivity.

Cons:

What I didn’t enjoy as much was the hotel’s beach area. It wasn’t cleaned properly—they only leveled the sand, which just buried the trash instead of removing it. Also, there were no pillows on the sunbeds, either at the beach or at the hotel pools, which would have made lounging much more comfortable. The kids’ playground was quite small and couldn’t accommodate the number of children staying at the hotel.
For a 5-star hotel, I also expected more facilities, such as a spa, wellness area, indoor pool, or even a beach bar, which were missing.
