Pros:

The location of the hotel is good as itself very convenient to access the city. Staffs were provided good service. But the hotel facilities are 10 years back, room was clean snd tidy but the towels and bed sheets are so old snd not in a usable condition. I think the hotel needs to close monitor this. Compared to other hotels nearby with this price range this hotel needs to improve bit more. Overall it’s a good experience

It was not a pleasant stay.
Cons:

The staff at the reception don't speak any language other than Malayalam. They were making arrangements at 10.30 pm, for next day's function at the top floor. We had got the room on the 4th floor. It was causing so much disturbance at our room. We complained to the receptionist. But, he could not understand our concern at all. I went to the top floor and requested the boys there not make so much sound. They too could not understand our difficulty. We were helplessly waiting till 11.30 pm for them to complete the arrangement.
