Comfortable stay in a quiet area
Pros:

Very nice rooms, spacious single room with a big comfortable bed, quiet area with countryside feeling, appr. 5 minutes driving away from Rosenheim city center, great to walk the dog in a nearby grass area, good breakfast with good coffee

Top Unterkunft
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und alles da was man benötigt. Das badezimmer ist neu und mit einer super Dusche ausgestattet, auch hier im sauberen Zustand. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. (Boxspring) und die Lage ist super. Besonders gut fande ich das Frühstück. Es war frisch und sehr lecker! Das Rührei das frisch zubereitet wird war eins der besten das ich je gegessen habe und sehr schön auf den Teller gemacht.

Cons:

Man hört die zimmernachbarn sehr laut reden. Leider ist hier schlecht gedämmt... das war dann doch sehr störend leider. Ich hätte fast reklamiert...

Pros:

Die moderne Ausstattung, das hohe Bett, der kleine Balkon und das Frühstück haben mir sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal, etwas abseits,ländlich - aber man ist schnell in der Stadt Rosenheim und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch ganz nah. Preis/Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung. Jederzeit wieder.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist für die heutigen Fahrzeuge etwas zu eng.

Location is good, quiet, but not central.
Rooms are clean, they have been recently refurbished,

Cons:

The room windows had no shutters and the curtains were not "blackout".
My Breakfast was medium, there was a decent variety of items, but in my opinion of medium quality (considering the price I paid, it was ok).

Sehr persönlich, warmherzig, liebevoll eingerichtet. Super reichhaltiges Frühstück mit z.B. selbstgemachtem Bircher Müsli, etc.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Hier hat alles gestimmt. Eine zehn von zehn Zimmer tipptopp hab geschlafen wie auf Wolken. Schönes Badezimmer mit Regendusche einfach top.

Zum übernachten ok .. längeren Aufenthalt kann man nicht beurteilen.
Dame beim Frühstück sehr freundlich

Cons:

Anreise nach 18 Uhr war nur mit Schlüsselkästchen möglich . Restaurant war geschlossen (stand aber wohl auf der Buchungsseite )
Und da kein Personal bei Anreise auch keine Abendessen Empfehlung möglich

L'hôtel est bien situé, dans un village très calme, accès facile à quelques Km de l'autoroute. Très bon équipement, belle salle de bains bien équipée, chambre au 2°étage conseillée, confortable avec vue sur la campagne extra !.
Nous avons pu avoir un bon cappuccino en plus du café traditionnel, c'est rare !

Cons:

Petit bémol, pas de Viennoiseries, mais baux choix pour le reste du buffet
