Die Lage ist ein großer Vorteil.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr schmal. Ich hatte kaum Platz für einen geöffneten Koffer. Im Flur roch es nach Zigarette. Es gibt an der Rezeption keine Zahncreme oder Zahnbürste, wenn man diese vergessen hat.

Wenn wir mal wieder nach Rosenheim kommen, dann auch gern wieder hier.
Pros:

Gute Zentrale Lage mit einem netten Hinterhof zum Parken, der auch mit einer Schranke gesichert ist.
Sehr freundliche deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug und auf dem Zimmer steht Wasser.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen, kann man nicht sagen. Das Badezimmer ist zwar sauber allerdings auch stark abgenutzt. Da wäre eine Renovierung durchaus mal nötig.

Sehr nettes Personal! Schönes Gebäude mit Geschichte! Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung sieht auf dem ersten Blick sehr romantisch aus. Allerdings ist uns im Nachhinein einiges schlechtes aufgefallen. Da wir unsere Hausschuhe vergessen hatten und barfuß gelaufen sind, hatten wir gemerkt wie klebrig und dreckig der Boden war.. zudem sind die Armaturen im Bad sehr alt, verkalkt und teilweise verrostet. An der Duschkabine waren ebenfalls noch Kalk flecken, der Waschbecken hatte ein großen Riss der zwar geflickt wurde..aber trotzdem sehr unhygienisch. An die Wand über den Mülleimer war ein brauner Fleck (verschmiert).. Dementsprechend war das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis leider schlecht.
