Ein Hotel fast wie ein Märchenschloss
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das wie eine Mischung aus Märchenschloss und Filmkulisse wirkt. Ein sehr gelungenes Beispiel für fantasievolle und aufwendige Hotelarchitektur in Lateinamerika. Der Blick über San José ist fantastisch, die Terasse mit dem Pool sehr schön gestaltet und einladend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit schicken Badezimmern. Das Restaurant verfügt über eine sehr gute Küche und verarbeitet ausgezeichnete Zutaten. Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels.

Bonito pero no vale la pena por el precio que se paga.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bonito y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Para empezar el hotel está lejos de todo, no hay lugares ricos cerca para ir a comer. Las almohadas del hotel terrible, súper duras no se puede dormir bien. Estuvimos dos noches ahí para descansar de nuestro viaje antes de ir a conocer Costa Rica pero dormimos muy mal por las almohadas.

Beautiful property which made for a very relaxing stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, just outside of San Jose. It was so peaceful and had amazing views of the volcanos and city below.
Property is very eclectic, with lots of quiet areas for sitting and reading . The pool is beautiful and very relaxing.

Goed hotel maar in verhouding erg duur.
Pros:

Mooi, net hotel. Ruime kamer. Fijn bed met dekbed, goede airco, mooi balkon. Goede kwaliteit eten.

Cons:

Geen minibar/koelkast. Ontbijt was inbegrepen maar voor ons maar net toereikend. Voor sap bijv betaal je al meerprijs. De porties voor diner waren klein en alsnog heel duur.

Pros:

Sfeervol hotel met aantrekkelijk restaurant en zwembad.

Cons:

Sanitair iets gedateerd maar wel ruim en schoon. Geen extra’s in de badkamer, hotelreceptie was weinig attent.

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien

Cons:

El colchon estaba un poco duro. La pantalla no tenia acceso a netflix solo dos canales. El aire acondicionado sonaba cada 10 minutos y fue difícil dormir con ese sonido. El agua caliente no funcionó. El servicio fue malo, era nuestra noche de boda civil y no hicieron nada especial ni nos brindaron atención especializada.

What a beautiful gem this Hotel is. Really friendly welcome, beautiful hotel and exeptional good breakfast. The coffee is how Coffee Lovers like it! Sad that we stayed only one night. Would have loved to stay longer

Beautiful, unique hotel close to San Jose airport. We stayed one night after a very long flight - the hotel is close to the airport and much more unique and interesting option than a standard airport hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, rooms were comfortable, especially the beds, and the breakfast was also very good. We will stay here again on our way out in one month - highly recommended.
