Ein echtes Highlight! 😍
Dass es im Hotel ein italienisches Restaurant gibt, ist einfach genial – man muss gar nicht raus und wird trotzdem kulinarisch verwöhnt. Die Pizza? Absolute Spitzenklasse, wahrscheinlich die beste in ganz Costa Rica! 🇮🇹🍕
Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Der ehemalige Poolbereich wird mittlerweile umrahmt von Umbaumaßnahmen und Restauranttischen. Das Hotel ist wohl mittlerweile zweitrangig.

Do not go there if you have pets!!!!

they say it is pet friendly but they are not. when you book it says "pets allowed charges may apply" but you don't see the charges nor the specific rules until you book and pay and then it's too late because it is non refundable. hidden charges. They charge you for everything if you go with a pet plus the deposit you have to put. In here there is a photo of a dog next to the pool while the owner is in the pool. FALSE advertising. Reality is that pets are not allowed in the pool area, actually they are barely allowed anywhere. Breakfast included but you cannot leave the pet alone in the room and cannot enter the restaurant so I asked what im i supposed to do and they say, may be we can put a table outside. Worst experience ever. I decided to leave and loose money. To go to the rooms, any rooms you have to pass by the restaurant. Anywhere you go you have to pass by the restaurant and tables and people eating. The pool is surrounded by the restaurant. Seems that is the only good thing about the hotel, the Italian restaurant, other then that worst hotel ever. And i know the owner will reply with some lame stupid excuse like they always do to anyone that complains about the hotel. If you have a pet DO NOT go to this hotel. And even if you do not have a pet I don't recommend it. Maybe if you want to eat some good over priced pizza its ok.

Disappointed
Cons:

Shower was very difficult to turn on.. Floors were dirty, everything was very dated. Constant noise of people walking around upstairs. Phone didn't work in the room to call the front desk. They have a million rules and write down your credit card info on paper. You have to have your room inspected before you can check out.

The curtains didn't block the lights and the bright lights were on all night directly outside our room making it very difficult to sleep if you're light sensitive 🥺

We always come here when we visit santa ana since it is reliable, consistent and good value
Pros:

excellent mattress, great to have a mini bar fridge, everything was clean

Cons:

the toilet was very slow to flush and to refill so there was a few minutes of refilling noise after the flush. The black out curtains worked but not 100%. The bright lights from the patio still came in through the cracks.

Las luces de los pasillos no se apagan y molestan, las cortinas no son totalmente blackout.
Tuvieron un problema con el datafono y tuve que conseguir efectivo para pagar
