Disappointed
Cons:

Shower was very difficult to turn on.. Floors were dirty, everything was very dated. Constant noise of people walking around upstairs. Phone didn't work in the room to call the front desk. They have a million rules and write down your credit card info on paper. You have to have your room inspected before you can check out.

The curtains didn't block the lights and the bright lights were on all night directly outside our room making it very difficult to sleep if you're light sensitive 🥺

We always come here when we visit santa ana since it is reliable, consistent and good value
Pros:

excellent mattress, great to have a mini bar fridge, everything was clean

Cons:

the toilet was very slow to flush and to refill so there was a few minutes of refilling noise after the flush. The black out curtains worked but not 100%. The bright lights from the patio still came in through the cracks.

Las luces de los pasillos no se apagan y molestan, las cortinas no son totalmente blackout.
Tuvieron un problema con el datafono y tuve que conseguir efectivo para pagar
No recomiendo hospedarse ahi para nada
