We will never stay there again, just BAD.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and friendly however the night agent had her phone playing loudly at 2 AM.

Cons:

Rats were in our room at night and left droppings. Loud music and people talking loudly all night. We got no sleep. The beds were hard and jammed into a room too small. Shower was not warm. We reserved a room with 2 full beds. One bed was a twin bed not full. Handicap walker would not fit in the door without folding it up. We had to cancel third night and go to another hotel because the conditions here were too gross and unsanitary.

Pros:

I was met with a lovely smile and would like to thank the girl on reception who was super kind and super attentive. The room was newly refurbed inside and was super clean. I had a pefect might's sleep; the water in the shower was hot and powerful, the internet good to work with. I was happily surprised and will definitely book this hotel again.

Cons:

Walls a bit thin but that is the same for any budget hotel.

Good enough hotel, close to the bus station
Pros:

Simple hotel, but clean, very close to the bus station, shower was very nice and warm

Good, I will be back.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I stayed once and when I came back to San Jose again I stayed here again its mean I was really comfortable there.
