Pros:

Beautiful older but very well-maintained pousada in a mostly quiet area near the beach, but right on a street.
Friendly staff.
Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Our Superior Queen Room was much smaller than the 20 square meters stated on Booking.com. I estimate it to be 15 square meters. The room was very spartanly furnished.
The hotel is located directly on a narrow street (no soundproof windows). I could hardly sleep because of the traffic noise. In addition, the room could not really be darkened despite the curtains, and the street lights shone into the room.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
We were very disappointed with the hotel and found the price far too high for what it offered.

Itauna em sua essência!
Pros:

A localização excepcional, a poucos metros da melhor praia de Saquarema. Repleta de comércio “cool” e bons bares e restaurante ao redor. Ficamos em um quarto muito amplo (superior) com uma cama gigante. Piscina e espaço próximo muito confortáveis. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito gentis e solícitos.

Cons:

O chuveiro do meu quarto estava visivelmente entupido (caindo a “conta gotas”) e a decoração poderia ser modernizada. O número de vagas não supre a quantidade de quartos, o que não chegou a nos afetar (conseguimos estacionar todos os dias).

Pensando em melhorias!
Pros:

Localização, os funcionários e a comida. A Cozinheira é excelente, mas só funciona de 5a a domingo. Também tem um bom café da manhã todos os dias.

Cons:

Barulho do ar condicionado de parede - muito ruído!
O banheiro com o vaso sanitário espremido entre o Blidex do box do chuveiro e a parede divisa com o quarto. Muito apertado e que atende somente as pessoas magras.

Un soggiorno da dimenticare.

Unica nota positiva la posizione dell'Hotel molto vicina al mare.

Avevamo richiesto una camera senza barriere architettoniche causa nostra figlia in sedia a rotelle. Ci è stata assegnata l'unica stanza a piano terra in quanto l'Hotel non possiede ascensori. La stanza era priva di finestre quindi di areazione e illuminazione naturale. Abbiamo pagato con colazione inclusa invece al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che il ristorante non funzionava e il bar più vicino era a circa 500 mt di distanza e non ci hanno consegnato nessun voucher per la consumazione gratuita quindi, oltre il disagio di dover far colazione fuori con una persona con disabilità, abbiamo avuto una maggiore spesa imprevista di circa 200 Reais. Inoltre avevamo chiesto di usufruire di un forno a microonde per scaldare del cibo per nostra figlia ma ci è stato detto che non avevano la chiave della porta del ristorante! E chi dovrebbe averle le chiavi se non i custodi dell'Hotel? Capisco che questo è un periodo di bassa stagione però, se l'hotel decide di restare aperto, occorre garantire agli ospiti il confort e i servizi necessari.
