Pros:

Old fashioned luxury with all modern conveniences. Lovely hostess who made us very welcome. Lovely light room and bathroom with big windows and cosy warm. Excellent breakfast. Nice waterfront to relax and Lovely local fishing village and viking centre to visit. Good local restaurants and beach bar

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes und sehr sympathisches Hotel.
Pros:

Schönes historisches Haus mit grosser Grünfläche und direktem Zugang zur Museumsinsel Gottorf, sehr sympathisch, schön möbliert und angenehm. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und übernachte bei nächster Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder im Zollhaus. Toll, dass es solche Hotels noch gibt.

Geheimtipp für Schleswig
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage nahe dem Stadthafen, dennoch ruhig, hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Ausstattung ist erlesen.
Der Zugang vom Hotel in den Schlosspark ist sehr gut.
Vielen Dank für das Zimmer mit Parkblick!

Gäste im Zollhaus sind " Herzlich Willkommen"
Pros:

Der Service hat uns außerordentlich gefallen. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft. Das charmante Zollhaus liegt sehr ruhig in der Parkanlage Nähe des Schlosses Gottorf. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal hinfahren. Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig.

Leider nicht gut 😔
Pros:

Zur Ankunft würde ich freundlich begrüßt, danach habe ich das Personal jedoch nicht mehr gesehen, da man einen Seiteneingang nutzen sollte, was problemlos funktionierte. Das Zimmer von der Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider war das Badezimmer alles andere als sauber. Offensichtlich wurde hier einfach länger nicht gereinigt, was den Staub auf den Ablageflächen erklären würde. Die Fugen der Dusche waren leider extrem verdreckt. Zudem wurde das Wasser in der Dusche nicht warm.

Hotel i flot gammel bygning med gode værelser og fremragende morgenmad.
Pros:

Dejlig beliggenhed lige ved Gottorp Slot og med terrasse og have ud mod slottet. Superfin morgenmad. Pæne værelser i fin størrelse.
