Wonderful place to stay if you don’t need to alter your reservation
Pros:

The property is beautiful inside and out. There’s lots of comfy chairs in the lobby and adjoining garden, pool & bar. The rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. There’s a restaurant on site with a large included breakfast buffet with lots of variety. The staff is the superstar though. They make each person feel so welcome, as if each was the most important visitor. And they happily accommodate requests like a to go breakfast for early tours, or arranging transport.

Cons:

Unfortunately I had to leave unexpectedly a few days early and they didn’t follow through with my questions about a partial refund for the unused days. Their ad on Booking.com says cancellation incurs a one night rental fee. But they didn’t reply to my or Booking.com’s messages.

It’s nothing like the pictures , hotel is dead ,staff need training and when left there were others complaining …. stay
Cons:

Everything , I arrived they didn’t know about my check in , they didn’t have a room ready , the room they gave me wasnt the room I booked , it had a frog in it and needed to be pained , I asked to change rooms they didn’t know what to do brought me to another , that was dirty , poor air conditioning and bed like boards .. I left ..

A pleasant place
Pros:

The staff is very nice, always ready to assist. This hotel is old and must has seen better days but that make it authentic and charming. Great value for money. The location near supermarket, local restaurant and laundry. Swiming pool is old but great!

Cons:

The rooster next door!
The gym in junk state!

Leuk kleinschalig hotel
Pros:

Erg lief personeel. Prettig zwembad. 25 minuten lopen naar de rivier of pubstreet. Lekkere zitjes in mooie tuin

Cons:

Het ontbijt zou wat beter kunnen. Yoghurt moest je vragen, wordt niet standaard aangeboden. Ei wordt ter plekke voor je gemaakt

Pros:

Doordat het hotel in een zijstraat ligt is het er rustiger. Het ontbijt was goed en bij het zwembad was een bar als je wat te drinken wilde. De kamers waren mooi en bij het hotel lagen aan de grote straat ook meerdere restaurant, spa's, ATM's en een grote supermarkt. Wilde je naar Pubstreet dan moest je een tuktuk nemen, maar die had je al binnen enkele seconden op de grote weg. Je kon ook de was laten doen.

Cons:

De kamers waren wel wat gehorig en je hoorde de muziek van het zwembad. Gelukkig stopte dat om 10 uur. De kamer had een balkon maar die was heel klein en kon je eigenlijk niet op zitten.

Pros:

Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Unser Zimmer war schön hell, sehr ruhig und hatte eine gute Größe. Der Pool war sauber und gut zu nutzen. Preis-Leistung mega! Für den Preis kann man keinen Neubau erwarten. Es weist Gebrauchsspuren auf, was aber völlig ok war.
Wir waren insgesamt 8 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Hier gibt es nichts zu schreiben.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Schöne Gartenanlage.

Cons:

Wasser war trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation kalt. WC lief am letzten Tag nicht ab. Nachts extrem lautes und anhaltendes Hundegebell auf der Straße vorm Hotel. Essen am Frühstücksbuffet war teilweise kalt. Sauberkeit im Restaurantbereich ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Pros:

The absolute standout for this hotel are the staff. They are super friendly and enthusiastic. They are eager to have a conversation with you and help out any way they can.
The facilities are also great, a lovely swimming pool, an outdoor gym, a meeting room and a great breakfast to boot!
The rooms are presentable and tastefully decorated.
The breakfast range is excellent mixing local and western breakfasts.

Cons:

The WiFi is quite hit and miss. Lots of WiFi hubs but the signal comes and goes. It's hard to stream anything or run a video call.
Some of the equipment in the gym was broken and in disrepair. However there was still plenty I could work with for a good workout.
