Nice hotel in quiet location. Not great customer service
Pros:

Lovely swimming pool. Good breakfast choice. Located away from the centre but could walk to pub street in 30 minutes.

Cons:

Unfortunately they could not accommodate me in the room I requested and the room they had for me was not ready even though they knew my arrival time as they collected me from the airport. Pool hours 7-10 but woken at 6.30am by children in the pool and staff saying nothing. Ordering breakfast and 3 other people who came in after me being served and having to ask staff where mine was. I do think if I had been with my husband none of this would have happened. People arriving after me were given double rooms and led straight to them. So often single travellers are treated like second class citizens so maybe the staff could be a bit more aware

Un hôtel pratique / légèrement excentré de l’agitation de la ville. Pratique pour visiter temples
Pros:

Super rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner exceptionnel

Cons:

Un peu trop de bruit à cause de la route. Attention à bien choisir sa chambre côté cour.

Pros:

Swimming pool and room

Cons:

I arrived at 21 very tired for a long trip. The owner told me there was an error in the price, and he let me stay only 1 night.
I already paid my nights and was very wird.to listen this.
I didn't feel welcomed at all in that place

Pros:

pool is lovely. lovely greenery all around the hotel. spacious room. not modern, old skool angkor vibe, lovely staff, lovely breakfast, food is good, quiet, small gym room too with a treadmill, it has some water ways and fish and generally is very pleasant to be there, nice balcony for chilling on, private, all good

Pros:

C’était l’hôtel que j’attendais le plus lors de mon voyage au Cambodge, et je n’ai absolument pas été déçue : tout était parfait.
L’emplacement est idéal : au calme car légèrement excentré, mais très facile d’accès. En Grab (tuk-tuk), il faut à peine 10min pour rejoindre le centre-ville pour moin de 2$. Et pour ceux qui préfèrent payer en espèces, des tuk-tuk sont disponibles devant l’hôtel à toute heure.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, à l’image de l’accueil cambodgien. J’avais précisé que je voyageais pour mon anniversaire : alors que d’autres hôtels se contentent de décorer le lit, ici l’équipe a pris le temps de frapper à notre porte de chambre pour me chanter “joyeux anniversaire” avec un gâteau de fruits. Une attention qui m’a profondément touchée.

Nous étions principalement à Siem Reap pour visiter, mais nous avons tout de même pris le temps de profiter de l’hôtel et de la piscine, qui sont d’un calme très appréciable.

Le petit déjeuner est correct : il n’y a pas énormément de choix, mais largement de quoi bien commencer la journée.

Can’t believe this is not a 5 star
Pros:

Fabulous hotel absolutely stunning how it’s not a 5 star I don’t know , the pool is beautiful the food is amazing and the staff are fantastic , it’s a little bit out of town but the hotel arranged a tuk tuk for us and all we had to do was messaged him when we were ready to come back , Yon our driver was lovely and really friendly . We went to Angkor wat and the other temples and the driver we had then was also really lovely and the hotel proved breakfast for us as we went to the sunrise one and it 2 bottles of water . We didn’t have that long here and it was a shame because it was such a beautiful location , we will be coming back for longer in the year and we will definitely be staying here again

Pros:

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour pour découvrir les temples d'Agnkor. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. Le petit dejeuner était très bon. Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine en fin de journée. Parfait localisation pour le cirque un peu plus loin pour le centre mais se fait très facilement a pied ou en tuktuk. Le personnel était toujours accueillant et chaleureux.

Cons:

La salle de bain ouverte dans la chambre.
