Staff were helpful
The room is very spacious n clean…also very near (walking distance)to the old market n new market…the staff very helpful n understanding…
The room was on third floor n hv to climb up stairs…not suitable for old people or disabled people…
Quiet and convenient location.
Booked the accommodation with a sofa bed in the living room with 2 bedrooms but that was not available . We were given 5 beds in 2 bedrooms without the sofa bed . Mattress was offered instead of the sofa bed. Still enough to accommodate us .
Water in the shower was not warm enough.
Frequent promotions of tours and services which were all right but not superb in value .
Quiet spot near the city center, we were well received and taken in charge by a cool tok tok driver provided by Sophat Villa the next day. I recommend it if you come by Siem Reap!

Hot, powerful shower once you got the knack of it. Good location, short walk to pub street and night market and close to several bike rental places.
Not particularly clean. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Had to walk up 2 flights of very steep, windy stairs to reach room. Outside space was available but with no fan so too hot to use.
Toilet paper can be provided.
